at the beginning of the cinderella episode koichi went to find her because he was actually worried about her funny enough but since she had the treatment she thought it was that and the stomach issues were also a coincidence that fueled her thinking it was the treatment which is just bad luck

Yeah its very easy to think that since i did for the first 2 times i watched this and then i saw most of the times he had to go were coincidences only time it was the treatment that made him change may have been the full body one but even then i think he started growing to like her anyway
