Hellooooo everyone!!! (/≧▽≦)/💖 I’m finally back!!!Thank you all so much for the sweet messages and kind words! I’m feeling so much better now, and I’m super excited to jump back into reacting to movies and anime again!!! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝✨

I just finished watching Jumanji, our final poll winner for this month, and OMG it was such a blast!! I had so much fun with this one, and I hope you’ll enjoy watching the reaction with me too! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)💖

So my dad and I had a strained relationship but he meant the world to me even though we fought sometimes and he died when I was 16 and I had watched this movie a lot as a kid but only watching it then did I truly appreciate it because when he died i remember thinking if I only I had been a better son and i remember all the times we fought and that’s why the factory scene and the ending always get to me because on the one hand i finally understood just how much he loved me and the ending because i always wanted that one last chance to tell him I was sorry and I loved him and now as a father myself I tell my kids every day how much I love them and how much they mean to me that way if gods forbid the worst happens they’ll never forget that they are my whole world and I’m so glad you liked it and sorry for the incredibly long and sad story everyone 😅

Absolutely loved this movie as a kid, but the lion sequence in the beginning always scared me bad as a little kid. Would have to leave the room every time it came on until Alan came in. I think it being a puppet is part of what scared me, since its a real physical prop and looks both real and kind of uncanny? Also fun fact I didn't know till much later is that Alan's father and the hunter are the same actor, adding another layer to Alan's speech at the end, when he's acknowledged as finally 'being a man'.

They went back to the past, because the game started there. Everything that happened after the game started was a result of them playing it, and by finishing the game, those results are dissapeared. Also I hope you will watch the new Jumanji too, it's also a fun movie. :)

It's amazing how much a great actor can improve a movie. This has a fairly basic plot for a movie but is fantastically realized by having a great cast.
