Welcome back!! to answer some questions, Diavolo is 33 years old, so he found the arrows around 18-19, after his backstory. And Polnareff couldn't contact Jotaro because the mafia has control of communications

The fact that on my next birthday (February 6th Aquarius pride!) I’ll be only 2 years younger than diavolo makes me violently uncomfortable 😂

Also it’s been so long since I rewatched jojo I forgot polnareff became the turtle 😂 and that’s not even the most bizarre (pun intended) thing in all of jojo far from it

There's an interesting dynamic between Polnareff and encounters on stairs. In part 3, when Polnareff is ambushed by Dio, Dio is standing above him. Since the name Dio can be translated in Italian to 'god', it's both a fitting name for someone who thinks he's above everyone else and why Dio insists on being above Polnareff at the top of the stairs, never letting him on his level. Diavolo's name can be translated in Italian as 'devil'. Makes sense that he'd be coming up from below, almost like he's climbing the steps of hell to get to Polnareff In short, Polnareff should probably avoid stairs from now on.

Well thanks to Diavolo we have Jojo part 3, 4, and now 5 haha. Thank you, sir, for all the chaos, laughter, and sadness you brought us!

wow that is interseting to know!!! lol Polnareff should avoid stairs fr 😂 I was wondering what Polnareff was talking about when he was saying about him being above and Diabolo being below. I guess that trauma with Dio kicked in or something. 😂
