2026-09-06 15:00 Seems slightly odd for a Christian to watch a gay show, but Mabye if you just toon it out for the slice of life stuff it’s bearable. Art style seems nice 👍

This doesn't really make sense to me. I am a Christian, but I have no problem watching a show that has homosexuality, adultery, or murder. Is there a reason you think it is weird? Marriagetoxin was also a gay show, but I was recommended it by a Catholic.

A lot of people are of the opinion that any media content that doesn't have Christian values is dangerous/evil/etc. Of course there's even more Christians that don't think like that. Besides that, this is kinda different from what western cartoons are doing. This is just a fun show with (mostly) cute girls doing cute things and some drama. You're not supposed to take it seriously. This isn't really a children's show either. It's different from many modern western cartoons where they actually encourage children to pursue having same-sex relationships and try to have the characters in that show serve as rolemodels in how to do so.

Yeah, I can understand why you would be against many of the newer western cartoons, and I will admit that I am against them as well. Anime hasn't fallen to the level that western cartoons have yet (and hopefully won't), and the animes that are pointed towards children like Digimon still teach good lessons for them to learn.
