I feel bad for All Might. Not because he's losing his powers, well I do but it's not the main reason, I feel bad because he can't help himself from helping people when they are in trouble. That is what a hero does, right? At the same time, his time is limited. So he can't always help everyone. As you said, there are other heroes who can help and save people so he doesn't have to, but the big problem with that is that he's the number 1 hero and he has the ability to do so, regardless of what the situation is, even if limited by time. Some other heroes might not be able to do it (because of their power or experience) or they might not even make it in time to solve the issue. It's a hard balance to find and I don't think there's a right answer to how much he should be using his powers for saving people outside of classes. It's sad to see him deal with something that he can't do anything about and he just has to accept that he can't save everyone anymore. Nobody really likes Mineta for how weird and pervy he is, at least most people don't. His ability can be pretty useful if used correctly though, as we saw here. It's like this for a lot of the powers you see in this show. It's not about how strong someone is but how they use their power. It's pretty understandable to see why the villains would still be cautious of their powers.

Frogs apparently absorb some oxygen through their skin underwater but they can't breathe it so they do have to surface after some hours.

You really thought about all might's feelings here which is something I didn't consider much. 😭 I felt bad for him for losing his powers, he wants to help but he is getting weaker and it's painful to watch 😭
