Prior to the start of the war: 1. Empire and the kingdom of Ildoa (Italy) to the south were allies. 2. Federation (USSR) invaded the countries (e.g. Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) between itself and the Empire. Those countries have been taken into the Federation and are the nationalists. Current state of play: 1. Northern front: Fighting combined forces of Allied Kingdom (UK) and the Federation. 2. South: Illdoa kingdom, uneasy allies. 3. Far southern front: Fighting the remnants of the Republic (France) in totally not north Africa. 4.Western front: Fighting against the Allied Kingdom (UK). 5. Eastern front: Fighting against the Federation. Have handed over the front line areas back to nationalist civilian rule.

Probably really late to be saying this since this is weeks ago but I just needed to say it. If you go by pure logic, Tanya makes sense but you are completely ignoring the emotional side of things. You need to remember but the Empire was attacked first, had all those people killed, and fought back fair and square. They aren't angry because of "pride", they are angry because giving no war reparations or concessions is basically saying all those people died for nothing and that they don't even deserve to get money to pay for the loss. It's like your Mom getting shot and then the court saying the shooter doesn't have to pay for the hospital bill. It's an extremely unfair deal for them

To me after watching epispde 4, it didn't seem like the higher ups cared much for their soldiers, they seemed like greedy men who didn't care how many they sacrificed as long as they can make money back which is horrible 😕

Some of the higher ups are pretty bad yeah but I'm mostly stating it to show why even her own soldiers were against the deal because of how horrible the terms were. At the very least, reparations should be a given. The Feds attacked first after all, they should have to pay for the damage
