I think you got a few details about One For All's origin mixed up! All For One gave his brother the quirk that lets you stock power. The quirk the brother had originally allowed him to pass on quirks. But because he didn't have a quirk before, he had nothing to pass, so he was thought to be quirkless. By sheer coincidence, the 2 quirks turned out to be a perfect combination, merging into a powerful quirk that is now One For All.

How I understood "Justice always comes from evil" is that "there is no darkness without light" or "shadows without light" or something like that. As if there weren't people who did evil, there wouldn't be a reason to enforce justice on anyone. Also I love that you played the ending when trying to figure things out on your own; I always feel bad when people skip openings/endings as I never do and I see them as like a part of the experience, but I can also understand why people skip them. So even if it's not going to be a thing every time, I wanted to let you know that I appreciate it. 💖

The world when quirks first showed up must of been crazy. Out of no where villains running rampant with no real established heros to stop them. Truly dark times. Also lot of pressure for Midoriya to defeat a evil even the great All Might couldn't defeat.
