As someone who’s not really into marvel, the only modern marvel movies I’ve seen are the Spider-Man ones and Venom, and from what I remember, I really enjoyed it. Excited to watch it again with you!

The original version of the Venom was meant to be more bloody and violent especially when it came to him eating people but Sony got scared of putting a man eating Venom fighting Spider-Man in the future so they cut all the blood out and if it wasn't obvious this movie takes place in a different universe it would probably make sense once you watch spider-verse since it looks like it going to win the poll

Well you shouldn't watch Venom two is because it spoils the end of the second MCU Spider-Man movie

Venom is one of my favourite comic characters and antiheroes. In a way, I still enjoyed this portrayal of Eddie and Venom, but a lot of us really wanted Sony to give him a more accurate origin.

I like the duo of Eddie and Venom and how they play off of eachother, they are actually really funny together. The end part with the spiderman animation reminded me of the "What If?" Marvel series. That's definitely worth a watch if you already haven't.

So interesting fact, Venom and his kind live off a very specific chemical that can only be found in a handful of places, one of which is in brains. So that's why Venom likes to chomp heads. Luckily for Eddie (and everyone else), the same chemical can also be found in chocolate.

I like Eddie and Venom's chemistry, best part of these movies! I do hope they make a more violent and gory movie for Venom one day. I remember watching the first season of it, it was pretty interesting. It shows different universes in a "what if" scenario, as how things would've been different if something else happened in certain points in time. There's apparently 3 seasons of it.

A small detail I really liked about Eddie was that even when he was down on his luck he was still a generous guy. He tipped the bartender a whole bunch of money and played along with the homeless woman's "service", even giving her more than she asked for. Weirdly enough I found that to be more endearing than his work as a reporter exposing bad guys. Great reaction as usual Sprinkle, really enjoyed it.
