If you didn't know, the dessert, or snack that Francois made were called Churros. It's usually a type of pastry fried in oil. It's basically a type of dough that you pipe into a long line (or sometimes a circle) and then fry it in oil. A lot of people pipe it directly into oil as opposed to what you would usually do on a baking sheet or something. After frying, it's often dipped in chocolate or rolled in sugar (or in a cinnamon sugar mixture). I also can't fault Ryusui for not wanting to go through the Suez Canal. There have been boats that get stuck in the canal in the modern times (2021). The canal is not wide enough to turn around in for very long ships and if a similar thing should happen as it did back in 2021, it's going to take a lot of time to get the ship unstuck. I just happen to know a little bit about a lot of things. Cooking happens to be something I enjoy, even if I don't know or have the skills to make everything, I enjoy learning about it. On the side, I love learning about medieval swords/armor and blacksmithing (from videos only though, as my sight can't really allow me to actually do it myself) so that's a reason why I love seeing Kaseki in action, he's also just a really cool character.

Hahaha I think the reason for that was the background in the opening when sai was shown. because one my thoughts is why-man is an AI on the moon or something 😂
