So i'll try to explain a couple of things that i belive i understood, pretty sure Subaru used the authority on Ram which he got from killing the Arch Bishop of Greed Regulus Corneas, just in a different way from when Regulus used it on his wifes. If i understand correctly the wand that Roswal gave to Ram to control her wind magic better was indeed her horn but it's not like she got it back now, her and Rem are very tightly conected as twins so Ram was able to use Rem's horn through that connection. And the wall writing Glottony made will be probably reavealed later as well as the handprints.

I thought that authority only lets him find people's presence! 😲 it makes more sense now though since it is similar to what Regulus did with his wives. Thank you for all the explanations! I thought Ram got her horn back 🥹 that would've been awesome!!! 😆

Lye’s writing on the wall just said „we love you”. I wish CR translated that, because it just adds to the creepiness and disgust of Lye’s final moments.

It's weird how Volcanica keeps repeating the same thing over and over, but he does mention a covenant of some kind. Emilia also said that he felt cold. So is he maybe dead and is forced to do some kind of thing, like Reid was, for the trials or tests of the tower? (On a side note, Volcanica has the same VA as Jotaro from JoJo's or Granville from Slime 😄) The army of Subarus made of ice lol, I love it. I didn't think Cor Leonis could be used like that, I thought it was only able to see the people around him he has a connection to, but no. Subaru is used to suffering if it helps others around him, so I guess it fits. It's also interesting to see the backstory of Rem and Ram from Ram's perspective. In season 1 we saw it from Rem's and she was glad Ram's horn was finally cut off, because then she wouldn't be compared to Ram and we all know how much she hated herself for thinking that. Here we see Ram be happy her horn was cut off. Was she also happy that her horn was cut off because Rem then would have a chance to be in the spotlight instead? As soon as Gluttony started transforming, I figured he would transform into Rem at some point just to mess with Ram. Judging by what Ram said, there was a reason why Lye didn't use the transformation before, probably because his body can't handle it. We saw near the end of season 2 how Ram's horn had healed partially (during the fight with Roswaal). It was cool to see Ram go all out. It seems like her getting the horn back is somewhat temporary, but there's no real confirmation if it's fully back or not as far as I'm aware. Ram did mention though that she shares everything with Rem because they are twins and sisters, even the power. Looking back at it, in season 1 we saw Rem feel that something had happened to Ram, so it does make sense that they are connected in some way. I don't feel bad for Gluttony whatsoever, thank god he's finally gone. Now the question is, will Rem actually wake up now? Roy and Lye are dead and Rui threw away what we can believe to be Rem's memories. That makes me think that she will finally be back to normal. I hope. I also think that Lye threw out all of the memories from his body with the exception of Rem's, so maybe there would be a possibility of Ram sparing him maybe? But this is just my headcanon. I did translate what the writing said, and I don't think it's a spoiler or anything as it's connected to what he said and how he acted. If you want to, I can put it as a reply. If not, I'll leave it as a mystery. The Subarus made of ice being broken to pieces at the end is kind of symoblic of what happens to Subaru throughout the show. That's kinda funny and sad at the same time. I wonder what the handprints are about?

When she was born, the leader of the Oni clan believed she might be a reincarnation of the Oni god that lived 400 years ago, that’s why he didn’t kill her and Rem even though Onis usually dispose of twins. I believe she might be among the top 5 strongest characters in the verse. Only people stronger would be Reinhard, Satella, Reid and Volcanica. Although the last one is debatable. As we know from season 1, Roswaal wanted to kill the divine dragon. And he mentioned in season 2 that Ram and Subaru are the only people who give him hope. Man, I was so excited for this episode and it absolutely delivered! It was probably my favorite fight from the novel (maybe except one Garfiel fight that will come next season) and the emotional aspect of this match up is just so exciting! Now, both archbishops responsible for what happened to Rem are dead. In his final moments, Lye released a lot of memories, convinced that he only needs Ram. Does that mean REM is gonna wake up? Also, what about other consumed characters, like Crusch?Either way, the only obstacles now are Shayla and the mabeasts. Mabeasts are an easy task, but Shaula will probably go down only after Emilia clears the final trial. The handprints at the end could belong to the founders of the tower. But it’s strange. We have four adult looking handprints and two smaller ones. Surely, two of them would be Reid and Flugel, but what about the rest? Shaula? Echidna? It is theorized she was somehow involved based on the ending visuals. But who could be the others? I guess we’ll find out in the season finale! Next episode is 45 minutes long and has a double title: „Shaula”/„Hero”!

oh wow I vaguely remembered the story of Rem and Rem from the first season and so I didn't remember that it was from Rem's perspective! 😮 so the 2 sisters were happy that Ram's horn was broken for different reasons 🥹 sparing him? I thought Lye died already she cut him to pieces right?😳 Rem has got to wake up already! 😭🩵

My thought process was that since he can use the memories to mimic the person, he kept only Rem's memory in him in the hopes that Ram would spare him if he acted like Rem. He got rid of all the other memories as they get in the way (as we saw they all can't control it and end up having a multiple personality disorder, that's why they refer to themselves as "we"). We already saw him being cut up, so we know she didn't spare him. But he was desperate enough to try. That's why he was saying things like "I love you" and kept pleading with Ram. Or so I think at least.

I see I see! I hope by ending him Rem is also freed whether he threw Rem's memories or not 😭
