The info card in the middle of the episode is very important. I wanted to bring it up in case you didn't notice it. It said Best Jeanist actually lived (escaped death), but he won't be working for a long time. It also said that Ragdoll from Pussycats became unable to use her quirk ever since she got kidnapped, so she's suspended from hero activities for the time being. As expected, with the retirement of All Might, the society is unstable. There is no Symbol of Peace anymore. You can imagine villains are happy about it and people are scared now. I totally understand Deku's mom, I'd probably be against it as well if it was me.

It's actually quite refreshing that Bakugo's parents are so wholesome despite his mom having his temper. Now All Might can fully help Deku evolve One for All and master it's power along with helping the rest of the students properly grow. Something about All for One's presence even for little screentime he's always steals the show and has this presence of meticulous and calm about him, he's truly a menace. A kind of villain fiction has needed for quite awhile now, an old fashioned true villain. Now Shigaraki can evolve into a greater villain then he was before now that it's his turn to lead the League of Villains.

I'm excited to see you get into JJK now after watching some of this I think there is a lot of parallels with MHA personally I think JJK does it better albeit much darker most of the time. The characters whether its their roles in the story or just their own motivations tend to be very similar to their counterparts in MHA. Idk if the author was inspired by them or what but its fun to make the comparisons.

JJK starts today! ! ! I can totally see what you are saying! (っ °Д °;)っ
