To be fair to Aoyama, that belt he's always wearing isnt apart of his body. As he mentioned in the first season, its support gear to aid his quirk. Even with it, he mentioned only being able to fire it for. . What a minute at max? Though this was before quirk training and ultimate move practice, so I can't really comment on the max now.
