A lot of people do consider the MCU over after endgame and in a way I somewhat agree. From here the quality of the shows and movies is very hit or miss. Even though some previous movies weren't amazing they were still good enough but I have heard some pretty bad stuff about some of the later movies. Not to mention they started tying shows into the storylines which not everyone (including myself) can keep up with especially if the quality isn't great.

I do enjoy x-men and fantastic four, could be cool if you watched some of them

SprinkleVerse

so what is your opinion on how I should proceed? I was suggested to start the X-men and other movies first

Nikolaj Nielsen

Also I believe you had it backwards with sony and marvel. Sony has the rights and shared it with marvel so spider-man could join the mcu (marvel cinematic universe)

This is probably the best point to take a detour to watch the Xmen movies. For context, before the MCU started, Marvel sold the movie rights for Xmen to another company, Fox. The Xmen movies were basically made as there own series, but since Disney (who owns the MCU) bought Fox, Xmen stuff can now show up in the MCU (though not till later down the road from the end of phase 3)

ohhh I see! I got confused there (≧∀≦)ゞ

Well if you plan on continuing with the MCU you'll eventually want to I think since X-men is canon to the MCU now. but just like I was saying with these later phases of the MCU the old X-men movies are also pretty hit or miss imo but its got some great characters and its good to learn about them before they officially join the MCU. Something to remember though, they are not like the MCU the timeline gets very wonky in places. I think the first few X-men movies have a good continuation but after that they kinda go all over the place so it gets a bit confusing sometimes. Atleast that's how I remember it. Personally I would love to see you react to the old Netflix marvel shows (on Disney plus now) Daredevil, Punisher, and Jessica Jones (first season). Daredevil and Punisher are actually canon to the MCU later down the line as well. There's not a lot of reactor's that do these shows because they are darker shows and I think it can mess with youtube's algorithm atleast that's my theory on it because the shows are amazing and take place just after the first avenger movie. I could be wrong but I think Daredevil actually makes an appearance somewhat soon in the MCU order.

This is a very fun movie because for everyone who knows Spiderman comics was familiar with the villain Mysterio, its so cool seeing how well they pull of Mysterio being a villain in the reveal and how different this version is to make it work, with his whole crew. Its hilarious to see JK Simmons reprise his role as J Jonah Jameson in this Spiderman adaptation just like he did in the original Spiderman trilogy. His voice is so iconic from here all the way to him voicing Omni Man in Invincible. Now Spiderman is revealed to the world as Peter Parker. How will he handle it now that everyone in the world knows who he is? Can't wait to see your reaction to it.

I don't think there's a "correct" choice, as it really is up to how you feel. Taking a break and looking into the other franchises is good. Though a part of me can hardly wait for you to get around to watching the 3rd MCU spider-man movie, No Way Home. The MCU still has some great movies to eventually watch, but there's some okay and some relatively bad that are mixed in. Even the "bad" ones can be entertaining and worth reacting to, but you don't need to force yourself if you're not feeling it at this point and you could even skip around and pick what looks good to you. Aside from spider-man, I personally really enjoyed Shang-Chi.

Personally I think starting the X-Men here is a good idea since you plan to continue the MCU. I dont think every single X-Men movie is required but I think X-Men, X2, The Last Stand, First Class and Days of Future Past are a good start. Logan too for sure, when it comes to the other Wolverine movies Im unsure.

Looks like the comments are pretty much in agreement but ya I would honestly say keep going as long as you are interested and enjoying what your watching! If you don't know as much about the background of like the comics and stuff you may not necessarily have the same opinion as a lot of the other people who didn't like it so totally up to you. But this might be a good place to take a little detour into X-Men, fantastic 4, etc if you want to continue to Avengers Doomsday and further.

DragonWithaBeard

And with that, we’re officially done with the Infinity Saga. I would highly recommend watching the X-men series next. There’s a lot in the multiverse saga from that series

Kurato Wakiru

I think we should watch the next spiderman, no way home, before MCU hiatus. Since this one roll into it. Although I'm a little bias as idc for the MCU after Endgame except for spiderman.

Kamoana_Kiwi

It would be cool to see you react to X-men next and maybe another react to Deadpool before Deadpool 2? Not necessary but Deadpool is always a fun watch plus you'll maybe enjoy it even more after watching the X-men movies! ദ്ദി(˃ ᵕ ˂ ദ്ദി)

SprinkleVerse

I already reacted to Deadpool 1 it was my 2nd movie to react to I believe on Patreon 😆

I don’t really know where you should start but I think one thing you should really check out is the show Loki. It’s about the Loki in endgame that escapes and it’s a good show. But I don’t know when you should watch it so I would let someone else tell you what order to go in
