yea Suzaku's idea of Ends don't justify the means is ridiculously hypocritical, insane how he can ever judge Zero for his actions

So Suzaku's father's plan of total resistance essentially boils down to "If Britannia wants Japan, then they'll have to kill us all to get it." which considering the overwhelming military power of Britannia, would not have been difficult. Suzaku was able to save some of the people by stopping his dad's suicidal last stand, but he now lives with the guilt of murdering his dad and is disgusted that it worked. He knows that there are positives to Zero's actions but won't ignore the long-term negatives such as the further straining of relations between Britannians and the Japanese. Suzaku's approach is low risk slow reward while Lelouch's high risk approach will inevitably lead to war which will cost countless lives. I'm not saying Suzaku isn't a hypocrite, but I do get where he is coming from as he gave into the mentality he despises and lives with the consequences of his own self-loathing, and don't forget Lelouch honestly believed he could lead a rebellion and not take any innocent lives then nearly wiped out an entire town. Also for clarification Mao wore a visor that blocked Lelouch's Geass, but it was knocked off when Suzaku attacked him.

When you explain it this way I understand Suzaku's actions, it makes sense, despite his hypocrisy I understand that he doesn't want more casualties. I thought if they had been allowed to fight back for their country they could have won. (|||´Д｀) Ohh I thought that geass just doesn't work on other geass users! Thanks for the info 💖

I was thinking last episode, wait... that's not how it ends with this guy?? Because, even if i didn't remember clearly, what i did remember is this absolutely genius move of Lelouch, he outsmarted a mind reader by outsmarting himself!! hahah that was awesome, one of my fav moments (っ °Д °;)っ And of course, to know what Suzaku did.. shocking! (っ °Д °;)っ(っ °Д °;)っ
