Overhaul needs hands to use his Quirk and heal himself, since Mr Compress and Shigaraki removed both his hands he's just a guy now

Eri's quirk is probably one of the most interesting quirks of My Hero. The irony now is that the only one who could fix Overhaul is Eri. Definitely karma.

Such a sad ending to an arc, Eri was saved but in exchange Nighteye loses his life. Since they never really explain in the anime, Eri's quirk in theory could be used to reverse people back even years. However it takes alot of energy to charge it so if she uses it then it takes a long time to recharge that energy she used. So kind of a trade off for the OP power.
