(Patreon)

These are illustrations of Ibis Douglas, Slay Prestige, and Tsugumi Takakura from Super Robot Wars α II.

The special move of the robot they pilot, called “Hyperion,” is called “Maneuver GRaMXs” GRaMXs stands for “Gravicon (Gravity-control) Rapid acceleration Mobility break Cross (X) shoot.” Translated into Japanese, it seems to mean “spatial tactics involving rapid acceleration assaults utilizing gravity acceleration control, as well as crossfire with the target,” which really tickles that middle-school-level sense of excitement, doesn’t it?
