Panel 1 Medium, Isabelle holding the plate near her face licks some of the icing off the cake slice, shes intently watching the TV and isnt really paying attention.

Panel 2 Higher angle so we can see the plate and down her shirt. The cake slice shrinks, her boobs swell up slightly,

Panel 3 Isabelle takes the now tiny slice of cake on her fork and eats it, still not paying attention. 

Panel 4 As the fork comes out of her mouth it too shrinks down super small. 

Panel 5 She finally looks at the doll house sized fork in her hand, slightly confused. Dave looks over, his cakes nd fork still normal sized.

Isabelle “Dave since when did we start using doll sized silverware? 

Dave “What? You ate that whole slice of cake already?”
