Panel 1
Isabelle remains seated at the base of the waterfall, mouth locked wide around the roaring cascade. She drinks greedily and without pause. Her already-rounded belly begins to swell outward rapidly, stretching tight.

Isabelle (gulping): “More… don’t stop…”

Panel 2
She keeps going. Her belly inflates into a massive, taut water-balloon shape, heavy and glossy, resting between her spread thighs. Water still pours into her. Dave stares from her shoulder.

Dave: “Isa, your stomach”
Isabelle (muffled): “I know… it feels so full…”

Panel 3
Finally she pulls her mouth away from the waterfall with a wet gasp. She leans all the way back on her hands, belly huge and swollen like an overfilled water balloon, sloshing slightly with every breath. She just rests there for a moment, eyes half-closed.

Isabelle: “Okay… okay, that’s… a lot.”

Panel 4
Quiet resting beat. Isabelle sits there breathing deeply, one hand gently rubbing the massive, water-heavy belly. The waterfall continues pouring behind her, over her. She looks almost content for the first time in pages—yet still faintly restless.

Isabelle: “Just… give me a minute. I’m so full I can barely move.”

Panel 5
Sudden change. . The water begins rapidly absorbing into her body—the massive swollen shape shrinks and tightens as the mass converts. Her overall size surges upward and outward at the same time: taller, thicker, curves heavier.

Isabelle (surprised moan): “Ah! It’s… taking it in”

Panel 6
The absorption finishes. Isabelle’s belly is much smaller now, though still softly rounded. The rest of her has grown dramatically—true mountain-scale. She sits up straighter, looking down at herself, still flushed and clearly not fully satisfied. Her boobs are stupid massive from the water, starting to leak/lactate from water from being so super full

Isabelle: “All that water… and I’m still not done. Those mountains are next.”
