Panel 1 Wide shot of the three characters running down a tunnel towards the viewer, focus is on Isabelle in the middle with her now even bigger curves bouncing all around. Dave and the sprite are looking at her bust over her shoulder.

Panel 2 Smaller panel. The sprite has an idea and yells out to Isabelle.

Water Sprite “It seems your swelling nature is making it difficult to move fast, perhaps I can help restrain your size.

Panel 3 The sprite becomes a liquid and flows around Isabelle, hefting up her bust and sliding between her legs. She's forming a one piece style outfit, Isabelle is taken aback by the sudden change and her curves being squeezed by the sprite.

Panel 4 Wider panel, we see Isabelle fully in her new water sprite outfit. She’s completely filling it, but she is being supported by it. Im not sure how you want to draw this, so the next line can either come from a face made from parts of the outfit or just from the outfit itself.

Water Sprite “There, a dress fit for the water queen herself!”

Panel 5 Smaller panel, Isabelles bust starts expanding even faster sucking up the water from the sprite. Shes now overflowing the top.

Panel 6 Wider reaction shot of Isa as she feels herself growing, it’s almost pleasurable. She brings her hands up to touch the fabric but it’s just water from the sprite.

Isa “Wait what are you doing!? You’re literally made of water. You’re making me grow faster!”
