Panel 1 Medium Wide

The girls are traveling along the creek in the wood. Could be a fun fans service panel.

Panel 2 they girls are resting near the creek, one or two of them drinking from their canteens and/or the creek.

Lisanna “Wow its getting hot out today, at least we have this creek to help cool us off”

Anastasia “Right? This is the third canteen of water I’ve been through since we set out”

Panel 3 Hero shot of  Anastasia drinking from her canteen, focused on her bust with is now swelling up/plumping up. She hasn’t noticed yet. Could be funny to have the action words be -subtle swelling- or -subtle grow-

Panel 4 Small panel, reaction of Coral seeing the growth. She’s a bit surprised

Panel 5 She looks over at Lisanna who’s resting with her canteen open, her feet in the creek. Her outfit as well seems more snug, her bust bigger and fuller.

Panel 6 Small panel, reaction of Coral. She’s looking mischievous.

Coral, speaking to the viewer “Oh I can have some fun with this!”
