Panel 1 Isabelle is standing at the base of the dam looking up, it's easily x4 taller than her. The sprite is riding on her.

Isa “I‘m going to need a lot more ‘omphhhh’ if you want me to do this”

Panel 2 The Water sprite takes off climbing up the damns wall, she’s fluid in her movement. Graceful but still curvy.

Sprite “Leave that to me”

Panel 3 Smaller Panel, The sprite jumps over the top of the dam and into the water

Panel 4 Smaller panel, the water is starting to get rough as something is happening under the surface.

Panel 5 A much bigger and curvier water sprite bursts upward, towering over the top of the damn. She’s looking down at Isabelle, excited.

Sprite “Is this enough?”

Isabelle “I think we’re going to need even more!
