Nearly two and a half months ago, we published the first half of Dnmudez's composition tutorial. Since then, he's been hard at work creating new illustrations, then carefully analyzing each one to find the weaknesses and how he can improve for the next piece.We're releasing his "unsuccessful" attempts first, but don't fret if you look at his amazing art and think "how is that unsuccessful?" As your artist eye and skills grow, you'll be able to see more and analyze art at a deeper level. The most important thing to take away is Dnumdez's mindset when it comes to critically evaluating your art. His "failures" didn't stop him, but rather gave him a path forward and goals to achieve.Check out part 1 and part 2 again to refresh your memory on the main lessons of this tutorial, and read over Dnumdez's analysis once more.
