"A Less Than Cheerful Plot"

As Harry wandered through the campsite, following the Weasley's towards their allocated pitch, he couldn't help but look around the place in wonder. He felt like his eleven year old self, walking into Diagon Alley for the first time once more.

Sure, he had been to this very campsite before…but this time it was so very different. Sure, many things stayed the same. There were still over the top tents that had no chance of passing off as muggle. There were merchant stands galore peddling their wares as they wandered around the field. Harry was pretty sure he caught a glimpse of the same Wizard who was wearing a dress last time!

But it was the changes that were apparent that kept drawing his eye. Everywhere he looked, there was a new level of daring outfit. Every witch seemed to be trying to outdo the others with the amount of skin they could get away with showing without actually being naked. He swore one witch he passed had paint acting as her clothing, and nothing else…

Other changes including more daring merchant stalls. Some still sold omnioculars and flags you could wave and emit sparklers from, but they were joined by ones that sold “lucky clover pasties, for the true Irish fan”...and they were popular, based on the number he had seen being worn so far.

After his third time nearly bumping into a scantily clad witch because he wasn't looking where he was going (seriously, it was like they were aiming for him…at least they didn't seem too upset with him as he apologised), Harry focused on keeping up with the group.

Amos and Cedric had split off from the group at one point, but Luna remained with them. It appeared she would be staying with them for the duration, which made sense.

Soon, they reached the small vacant pitch that would be theirs. And just like last time, Mr. Weasley was keen to erect the tent the “Muggle way”. Still, this time Harry had far more practice putting a tent up after using one so often over the past year, so it didn't take nearly as long.

As the group traipsed inside, Harry smiled at the familiar expanded space inside. There was the same central sitting area surrounding the stove, with beanbags and old worn arm chairs. The kitchen took up a large space at the back, flanked by the two doors that lead to the bedrooms.

As they all bundled in and started to sit in the various spots around the room, there was a brief scrum for picking out beds and placing their luggage. There were plenty, but there was less space available for the guys. When all was settled, Mr. Weasley broke out the sausages in the kitchen, and between him and Harry, they soon had a mighty portion of bangers and mash for dinner.

Before long, the loud gong rang out to signify the campers to begin to gather for the match. So, as the sun began to set and cast the moorland into an eerie light, the group started making their way towards the stadium.

As before, Mr. Weasley had got them seats in the top box. This meant that Harry had plenty of time to think as they trudged up the many stairs…when he wasn't glancing up at Hermione's hemline as it threatened to reveal more than just her legs, that was.

“Last time…there was a Death Eater attack. They targeted that Muggle family…will they do that again?” He wasn't sure…there were enough changes that had occurred here to question what he did know. Luna, currently climbing the stairs next to him and also watching Hermione's hemline in interest, was proof enough of this. “Fine. I'll just have to improvise”

This mindset was required almost instantly upon entering the top box. He had been expecting to see Lucius Malfoy here, as he had been last time. What he hadn't expected was the tall, voluptuous redhead that he was conversing with, standing exactly where that bowler hatted cretin Fudge had last time.

Casting an eye over the woman, she was probably mid forties, but being a witch had its advantages so she looked closer to early thirties. She wore a robe, more similar to what he would expect a witch to wear in his time, only it was far more revealing. It had a long split up the side, allowing one of her legs to escape its confines and reveal it to be in sheer leggings with an impressive high heel on her foot. The top had a v-neck deep enough to reach her sash, revealing a valley of cleavage barely contained by the garment. And there, settled around her neck and basically resting on her breasts…was the Minister's token of office!

Looking closer at her face, rather than her body, Harry still struggled to place her…until she saw the small monocle resting on a chain at her side. “Madam Bones?! She's the Minister for Magic? Just how much has changed…though thankfully, this one could be to my benefit”.

As the group poured in, Mr. Weasley made a beeline for Madam Bones and Lucius. “Oh oh…that could go poorly.” Harry knew Arthur and Lucius had history, so he decided to remain close.

As they approached, he heard the tail end of the conversation. “...I know what you've donated to the department, Lucius. Generous it may be, you are still on thin ice after you were found to be funding questionable aspects under my predecessor. You wouldn't want to be accused of bribery now, would you?” Madam Bones poses, with a raised eyebrow.

“Of course not. I was as shocked as you to find just what Cornelius was using the money I donated for. It was in good faith after all…” came Lucius' reply. “His silver tongue clearly still works, it would seem.”

As Arthur reached them, Madam Bones dropped her cold demeanor and smiled widely. “Arthur, so glad you could make it!” She said as she pulled him into a welcoming hug. The dress threatened to spill their contents even more as her bust squished against his chest.

“Wouldn't miss it for the world, Amelia,” he replied. As they separated from their hug, Arthur turned towards Lucius and lost his cheery demeanor. “Lucius. How is young Draco these days?” Lucius, equally dour faced, just nodded. “Fine, thank you. Still with his mother. As you well know. Now, if you do not mind, I will take my seat”

Lucius nodded to both Amelia and Arthur, before striding from the front. He barely glanced at Harry as he brushed past him to take a seat near the back of the box…apparently alone. “Huh…strange. Though, it seems Arthur and him get on about as well as they used to…”

“How is Molly?” “Well thanks. She's asked after you a few times, recently.” “Yes well, pressures of the job I'm afraid. We really must organise another rendezvous sometime…” Not wishing to delve too deep into the possible meaning of that, Harry instead worked his way to the front row of seats. As he reached them and started making his way along…he was confronted with a sight that made him pause in anger.

There, sat exactly where she had previously, was a house elf. Specifically, Crouch's elf, Winky. She was just as terrified as last time, holding her hands over her eyes to avoid looking at the steep drop of the stands in front of her. This wasn't what was making Harry pause though…it was the empty seat next to her.

“Crouch jr. He's right there. I could end this now. I could stop him resurrecting Voldemort in the first place.” Harry was so close to simply drawing his wand and casting every curse he knew in the chair's general direction, consequences be damned. With Crouch dead…all would be better? Right?

“...arry….Harry?” Harry was brought back to the current situation by a voice calling his name, as well as a hand gently touching his tense arm. Looking in the direction of the owner of the arm, he was surprised to see it belonged to Susan Bones. “Are you ok? You seemed…stressed.”

“Why am I surprised? If Amelia is here, then of course so is Susan” Harry relaxed his posture a little, casting one more look towards the “empty” seat. “I'm ok, thanks. Just…don't like to see an elf forced to do something they clearly hate so much.”

He sensed Susan nod beside him. “Some people have no respect for elves…thankfully my Aunt is not one of them. Barty, less so.” Harry breathed a sigh, thankful that she had bought his excuse. “I can't act here…there's too many people. Too much chance for collateral. That, and I might just get arrested for it.”

Turning away from Winky, he turned his full attention towards Susan for the first time, and his mind ground to a halt. Susan Bones was always a cute girl, but Harry had never paid her that much attention before. But he was beginning to regret his prior dismissal.

Susan Bones was petite, beautiful and absolutely stacked. Her breasts were larger than even her aunt's, and we're shown to great effect in the green bustier she currently wore. The entire top half of her breasts were on full display, pushed up by the garment, and the corset beneath cinched her waist into a perfect hourglass figure. The cups were so low, that Harry was sure she would be showing the top of her areolas had she not been wearing a set of the clover pasties he'd seen for sale, easily visible beneath her top.

Her bottom half was covered by a tight pair of denim shorts, with her legs in green stockings to match her outfit. As his eyes trailed back up towards her face, he saw her amused look as she caught him blatantly checking her out.

“...Supporting Ireland, I see” Harry said, attempting to save face. Susan giggled, an action that made her breasts ripple a little hypnotically. “Something like that, yes. I'm glad to see you here. You're with the Weasley's, yes?” Harry nodded. “Would you mind if I join you guys? If I have to listen to another foreign diplomat try to subtly suggest a marriage contract to my Aunt, I'm going to slap someone. I would rather not cause a diplomatic incident after all.”

This time Harry chuckled, “I don't see why not. Doubt anyone would have an objection.” Susan beamed, before grabbing his hand and leading him along the row of seats. He tensed slightly as he passed by Winky…but nothing happened.

When they got to the others, Susan waved to them all. “Hey, mind if I join you? Harry said it was fine” Ron, already looking through his set of omnioculars, waved a hand in agreement. Hermione just nodded politely, while Ginny smirked as she looked Susan up and down.

“I bet he did. Great outfit Sue. I'm so jealous of your bust.” Luna looked up from the notebook she was scribbling in, “Yes…you have fantastic tits.” Susan chuckled as Ginny sighed at Luna. “You wouldn't be jealous of the back ache. Thank Merlin for enchanted clothes” she said as she grabbed her bustier cups and bounced them, showcasing the fact that they seemed to weigh less than they should.

Harry was definitely starting to feel a tightness in his pants, and so went to sit in his seat. As he did, he realized that there was only the one free…after all, Susan's seat was over on the other side.

“Oh…that wasn't very well thought out was it…er, sorry Sue” Harry said, rubbing his neck awkwardly. Susan, however, simply gained a mischievous smile. “What's the problem? There's a perfectly good seat right here” she said, before turning and planting herself directly into his lap!

Harry was made far more aware of his own arousal when Sue’s round globes were pressing on the bulge in his pants. He attempted to keep her a little more still by holding her gently around the waist, but all that achieved was to make him more aware of her breasts as his arms tucked under them.

Sue did pause in her wiggling, but only to lean back into him and look up in order to whisper in his ear. “Well…it seems someone enjoys the seating arrangement at least….” Harry looked down and felt himself twitch at the sight. He could see right down into her top, after all.

“It beats the pre-match adverts, that's for sure” He said, gesturing towards that large magic screen in front of them, currently showing off Bertie Botts latest product . Susan winked, before both were distracted by a soft sigh beside them. “I wish I had thought of that,” Luna said dreamily.

Susan giggled, and leant over to the girl. We can always swap after a bit, Luna. He's very comfortable.” The waif of a blonde nodded enthusiastically. “Would that be ok, Harry?” Before Harry could comment on whether he agreed or not a commotion by the entrance drew all of their attention.

Entering the box were two individuals. One was Barty Crouch Sr., the other was Ludo Bagman. They looked much the same as they did before, though Ludo looked a little more dishevelled than usual.

“Finally, I was starting to wonder if I was going to have to do the announcing myself” Amelia stated, getting up to greet the two new entrants.

Ludo bustled forwards, nervously taking her hand and giving it a quick peck with a bow. “Apologies my dear, I had a meeting with some…investors. Completely lost track of time. Thank ol’ Barty for dragging me away from them!”

Bartemius simply nodded to Amelia, before striding towards where Winky sat…and proceeded to sit in the empty spot next to her! “Wait…what? If Crouch Jr. isn't sitting there…then where is he?” Harry was immensely thankful he hadn't started casting at the chair…he would have had a tough time explaining himself had he hit nothing but air.

“Yes, well. Get to it Ludo. We've kept this crowd waiting long enough” Ludo stood back up and nodded, before walking towards the front of the box. Holding his wand to his thought, his voice began to boom out into the stadium. “Welcome all, to the 422nd Quidditch world cup!”

A cheer rang out as the crowd realized their wait was nearly over. “Before we introduce the teams, let's have a little show from their mascots! From the Irish, the Leprechauns!” As he finished, a burst of colour exploded in the middle of the field.

This split into several trails, before a light show started that depicted several Irish themed scenes. This was accompanied by the rain of coins onto the crowd, causing a ruckus as several people tried to pocket the gold.

Ron tried to do so, but a quiet word from Hermione had him dropping it in disappointment. A gasp and a shudder had Harry looking back to the girl in his lap. “Blast, that's a downside to this out…several coins just fell down my top” she said, looking down at herself.

Harry glanced down, and indeed he could see a few glints deep in her cleavage. As she moved to retrieve them, her breasts threatened to spill out her top altogether. “Blast…they went right to the bottom. Of course they did.” Ginny chuckled from beside them. “Don't worry, it'll disappear in an hour or so. You can put up with some coins till then, right?”

As Susan nods, the Leprechauns finish their show and Ludo continues “and from Bulgaria, the Veeka cheer squad!” Music began to play throughout the stadium, and Harry began to feel the tell tale sign of allure creep into the edges of his senses.

The crowd cheered and whistled as around ten Veela danced their way into the pitch. While they were hard to see down on the pitch, the numerous screens displayed around had been quick to zoom in on them.

They were all wearing something similar to a cheerleader uniform, with a short pleated skirt and small top. Instead of pom-poms, they instead wielded a fireball in each hand, likely formed by their own control over the element.

As they began to display more impressive moves, the allure grew stronger and Harry watched as numerous Wizards began to fall under the effect. He felt Susan grip the arms of the seat and push down, as if to prevent him from trying to stand.

He leaned forwards and whispered into her ear. “Don't worry, I won't throw myself off or anything. Why would I, when I have such a beautiful girl right here?” Harry thought he was being cheesy, but based on the smoldering look he got in return, he suspected it worked.

As the Veela came to the end of their display, they finished in a dazzling fiery display. Igniting their whole bodies, they burnt their clothes clean off! They appeared as burning figures dancing patterns with trails of fire. At the end, they blew the fire upwards into a bird shape before it dissipated.

As they did, the fire on their body receded. The only places it remained was their breasts and mound, hiding their modesty with little flickering flames but otherwise leaving themselves totally nude. And Veela were every bit as attractive as Harry remembered them being.

As they strutted from the stadium to a raucous applause, the camera above zoomed in on them blowing kisses to the crowd before walking out and showing the world ten perfectly formed backsides.

“I'd kill for a figure like that…” Ginny sighed from beside him, her pair of omnioculars looking to the direction they left. “From what I've seen of you in those pants Ginny…you've nothing to worry about” Harry said. Ginny smiled and leant back in her chair. “Like them, do you? Makes it worth the struggle of getting them on then!” As she said this, she spread her legs, showing that the tight material clung to her in every way, showing off a very apparent camel toe.

Harry gulped, but was once more determined not to shy away. Instead, he placed his hand gently on her knee. When Ginny didn't move away, he locked eyes with her before slowly trailing it up her thigh.

Ginny's eyes dilated in pleasure, and her breath quickened the close he got towards her core. Even through the leather material, Harry could see a wet patch spreading from her crotch. He was now mere inches away from touching her pussy directly through her pants…

“And they're off! Ireland get the quaffle early, their chasers showing just how they made it to the finals” Harry and Ginny started, before looking around themselves. The teams had come onto the pitch and the game began, all while they had been distracted.

Thankfully, the only people that seemed to have noticed were Luna and Susan. “Wow…that was hot” Susan whispered from her spot on his lap…he became aware that she, too, had a noticeable damp patch growing in her shorts.

Chuckling, he patted Ginny's thigh and removed his hand, to a groan from Ginny. “Perhaps the tip box isn't the best place to do this. Diplomatic incidents after all, right?” Susan looked very much like she wanted to argue that, before she sighed and nodded.

The group returned their attention to the match itself. It was every bit as exciting as the previous time, but it looked like it would end in the same result.

As promised, around an hour into the match, Susan and Luna swapped places. Though much less developed than Susan, Luna was still very attractive and her smaller size meant that he could see the match better, so a win-win in his mind.

As he was stretching a bit to cope with the slightly cramped seating, some movement caught his eye from behind. Turning, he watched as Lucius excused himself from the top box at the back. “Huh…just where is Malfoy going, I wonder…”

Perhaps he was simply heading to the toilet…but his gut was telling him it was more than that. And he had learnt to listen to his gut over the years. “Sorry Luna, but I'm going to need you to get off briefly.” Luna tilted her head to the side. “But I'm quite comfortable here…”

Harry chuckled, then lifted her up with his arms as he stood, something surprisingly easy to do given her size. “Sorry, but if you girls will go sitting on me, then eventually I'm going to need the loo” Ginny and Susan chuckled, while Luna pouted a little as she was placed in the now vacant seat.

Harry made his way along the seats before exiting the box. Looking over the edge of the stairway, he saw Lucius descending several floors below. Casting a silencing spell in his shoes, Harry proceeded to follow at a distance.

Far down they went, right towards the bottom floor, proving that he hadn't simply needed the toilet. When he reached the ground floor, rather than turn to the exit as he expected, Lucius instead strode deeper into the stadium.

Following behind, Harry kept out of sight. He noticed that they had entered the rear area of the stands, somewhere only the teams and mascots would normally be allowed. As Harry reached a corner and looked around it, he paused and ducked back behind the wall.

Lucius was meeting someone, it seemed. He was currently joined in this corridor by two other individuals, both men but wearing cloaks that hid most of their features. “Bout time you got here, thought you'd gotten too cosy with the Minister” said one of them.

Lucius scowled, taping his cane to the floor threateningly. “Watch your tone. I have worked hard to ensure my place, even after that fool Fudge got caught embezzling funds. That audit damn near finished me, as well as a lot of our allies.”

The remaining man stopped the other from responding, before stepping forwards. “Enough, did you get what you promised us?” Lucius nodded, before retrieving his hand from within his cloak and holding out a dozen or so pendants.

“As promised. There should be enough for all your little group…just remember, part of your profits will go to me.” The guy grabbed them, inspecting them briefly before nodding. “Good. And the distraction?” “In hand. You won't miss it, I assure you.”

“Just what are you plotting, Malfoy” Harry thought from his hidden spot. Just then, he felt the hairs on his neck rise in warning. Turning, he came face to wand with someone standing directly behind him.

“And vhat would you be doing, skulking around back here, Monsieur?” whispered a familiar sight. There, stood with her face in a scowl that did nothing to reduce her obvious beauty, was Fleur! Slowly turning around and raising his hand non-threateningly, Harry looked her in the eyes.

“I am not the one you should be concerned about…It is those behind me we should be concerned about…” he said as quietly as he could. Fleur's eyes twitched towards the corner, before smirking. “As If I would fall for such a ruse. I am not an idiot.” Harry heard movement behind him “Did you hear that? I think someone's there…”

Fleur's eyes darted to the voice, surprised that Harry seemed to be telling the truth. Taking advantage of her distraction, Harry moved forwards rapidly. Grabbing her arm firmly and ensuring her wand was not pointing towards him, he wrapped his other arm around her waist and moved them both towards the nearest door.

Slipping inside, he closed the door behind them before releasing his grip. Before she could turn and yell in apparent fury and start casting at him, he held his finger up in a shushing motion. “Please…” he whispered. Something about his demeanor made Fleur pause in her anger.

As they stood there, they heard movement outside the door. “There's nothin’ ‘ere.” “Yes well…I think we are done here. I wasn't here gentleman…and happy hunting” came Lucius' voice as the sound of his shoes and cane clicking moved away.

“Poof. Still, he has his uses. Come on, we've got some Veelas to bag. Let's round up the gang” the two heard, before more movement indicated them leaving. Harry and Fleur stared at each other for a few moments of awkward silence, before Fleur finally fully lowered her wand.

“Fine, Monsieur. It seems you were telling the truth, at least somewhat. But if you ever manhandle me like that again without permission…they won't even find your ashes. Are we understood?” Harry nodded once “crystal”.

Fleur holstered her wand and crossed her arms while fixing Harry with a questioning glare. “Who were those people?” Harry sighed and paced a little round the room. “I've no idea who two of them were, but the third is Lucius Malfoy. He's rich, connected…and bad news.”

“And these guys are planning something. He said he was bagging Veela. Not unusual, we are rather sought after…” Fleur said, frowning. Then her eyes widened. “Of course! The mascots…Isabelle! We have to warn them!”

Fleur turned on her heel and opened the door, before looking both ways to check the coast was clear. Deeming it so, she turned over her shoulder to look at him. “Vell, are you coming?” she said before leaving to the left.

Harry shook his head. As he moved to follow her, he took note of her outfit for the first time. Wearing a tight light blue leotard with a short white skirt beneath, her amazing figure was very apparent. The thigh high white pump boots and elbow length gloves completed the ensemble nicely.

“Heading to a locker full of Veela mascots that can burn someone to ash with their bare hands, all while sporting a semi. This is sure to go well…”
