Is there any way to print the PDF maps without the grids? Do any of the PDF maps include the gridless versions?

Try hard Bunker

How do I print just one of the maps from the pdf pack?

Stowarzyszenie Czarnej Róży

When using CTRL+P there should pop out a window There should be an option for "Print Current Page" or something like that

Sean Leacy

Does this get updated in a set time frame with the new gridded/gridless maps as they drop? I like having the PDF's. Thanks!

Hebe Nagy

hey! does this still get updated?

Sarah Horvath

I had issues getting it printed. Followed the steps and the scale came half the size, too small to play on. How can I fix?

Ryan Haden

Updates are incoming now!

Chris Lontok

Looking for some of the newer maps. I see them in the list, but the links stop being clickable at some point!

2026-09-05 13:00 I'm seeing two lists on this page. What's the difference between the two? One list has paperclip icons, and the other doesn't. I downloaded the same map from each and opened it up, but at a glance, I can't see any differences.

The main list is just linked in order of release. The ones at the bottom are actually the file uploads :)

Stick-13

These are the best! Home printing a big map over 16 A4 papers, laminating them with matte sheets and it just works like a charm!!! Thank you so much for adding these!

Jack K

Bought this tier for the Couatl labyrinth set. Was disappointed to find each map in the lack is different sizes. Had originally planned to double side print and laminate on blue print paper

Maggie P.

Hello. I just tried printing a map and I have two issues: The grid lines are extrememly faint. I can barely see them. Is there a way to make them more visible? And Also, the size is incorrect. The squares are too small. Is there an easy fix to this or do I just have to guess on percentage increase and hope that the squares end up being an inch?

Allison Reed

I printed as poster as instructed and the scale was still off on A4s. Do I need to increase scale to 215 percent?

Simon Berry

Hey Cze&Peku, When does this pdf master post get updated? PDF's are my preferred file type and some of the newer maps aren't on this list yet.

D. Mai

Hi When was this post last updated? i'm trying to figure out how many I am msising as it's so much quicker to view by PDF's?

Kandi Chong

Perfect. Please do more!

Kackman

Awesome! prior to this whole covid thing, I was already doing this with the jpgs for my weekly group. This just makes it that much easier.

Allie Laabs

Are the printable PDFs higher fidelity than the Master tier downloads, or is this just a different container of the exact same bits, making it easier to print?

Pennie Black

Thank you so much! The instructions are fantastic.

Kackman

Pro tip, order from a sign or print shop and go with banner material. 1 piece no hems, roll it up to store and reuse.good with washable markers too.

Czepeku

Same fidelty, but PDFs make it easier for people to print and scale correctly.

Tie Love

These are so epic. THANK YOU!!

Cuppa Teafling

Thank you so much for providing PDF versions of your maps for print and for the guide on how to print across multiple sheets. Your maps look incredible printed across semi-gloss A3! 💙

Czepeku

Happy to help! Send some photos over sometime, its always great to see how they turn out. :)

A Ab

wow these are all amazing!! Important question, what size paper is this supposed to be printed on? (A3, A2, ..) Hope you guys can answer in a few hours so i can print them pre-session!

Czepeku

They can be printed any size! The joy of PDFs is that they retain real-world sizes, so if you print with A4 sheets it'll be over multiple, if you print on A1, it'll just be one or two sheets. It should always print 1inch per grid square. So a 20x30 map is 20x30 inches.

jeroen

Hi! I love your maps (!!!) and since i'm actually going to DM a IRL campaign soon, i'm considering printing some of your maps. But when I look at these PDF's they seem the wrong size. The example you give (pharaoh's tomb) is a 25 by 76 inch map. In your example it's printed as 16.53 by 46.78 inch, and I believe that's including the shown whitespace on the paper. The file i downloaded says it's 11.66 inch wide. Do i need to manually calculate the scale for each map to print it at correct size, or is there some other way to fix this? Hope you can help!

Wednesday

I took mine to a print shop and they print it on a 36 inch wide printer. I just tell them the longest dimension and they print it 1 inch per square. I've printed about ten of them this way and they turn out lovely. I realize this is a post about using smaller paper, but thought I'd throw this out here.

Czepeku

Hi Jeroen, if you're printing from home i'm not sure how to do that but i'd recommend going to a library or print show and giving them the specs for printing (i.e. 25 x 76), the files are very high resolution so it should look great! Wednesday just left a comment below yours to help you out, in case you want to ask them more. :)

jeroen

thanks for the reply! I looked in to it a bit and discovered that the original artwork is exported as 300DPI, while it should be at 140DPI to get the correct dimensions in inches. in the above example: 3500px wide for 25 inches is 3500/25 = 140 px/inch. As a test I opened the jpg of the above map (pharaoh's tomb) in photoshop, changed the DPI to 140 while keeping the pixel size the same and created a PDF from that. This will indeed get a 25x76 inch map using the method above. for people planning to do this: be aware though, this will be 28 A4 pages :) if you cut off 1 inch on either side you can reduce it to 21 A4 pages. 140DPI by print-standards is not ideal, but i can confirm that the artwork looks awesome printed!

jeroen

Thanks for your reply! I looked in to this, but (at least where i live) poster printing gets expensive fast. Most print shops (in the EU) support printing on A3 paper as a cheaper solution, so i figured generating an A3 sized PDF for this, to send to my print shop. I ended up generating that A3 sized pdf manually in illustrator, to use the paper more efficiently, because I was printing a couple of maps. 1 view of the mountaintop observatory and all 5 inside layers of the geothermal station, and 2 cave-portal views ended up being only about 20 A3 pages (SRA3) being printed on both sides. which cost me about €10 on 350gr/m2 paper. A lot of 'dungeon' for the money! very happy with the result!

Clannoc

The link for "Clockwork Dragon Lair - Exterior" leads to "Ropebridge Chasm" instead.

Sascha

Thanks, had the same problems printing today, scaled it manually for now. I will test your tip.

Abelcain

Anybody know how to print these without a computer? I just have an iPhone and adobe acrobat doesn’t have that print feature
