Hey everyone!

People ask us all the time to make modular maps and it's not really our thing, we generally like making grand set pieces... but we thought we'd at least try it as so many of you asked! So here's our attempt at some modular caves.

There's basic caves, spider nests, monster lairs, forges, lava, crystals, mines, ancient ruins, mystical springs and more. There's 145 rooms altogether. Rooms have between 1 and 4 exits which align so that you can order them how you like. There are also holes for going straight down to the level below.

Most of the caves are 9x9, but there are a few corridors at 18x7 and some crossroads at 18x18.

We also made about 77 PNG props that you can mix and match as you like. Hopefully that gives you a lot to play with! :)

If you're looking for more PNG props we've released some in these packs:

City Streets

Magic Wizard Tower

Later today we'll be posting a boss map to accompany this theme that you can use as the main set piece for delving down into caves and to the underdark!

Oh! Thank you so much! These are going to be awesome ways to meld one location you guys make to another. Trust me, this is going to help a lot to bridge scenarios without having to hand-wave or break immersion. Thanks!

Timing! Starting a new campaign today with the endless dungeons beneath a dwarven hold.

Nicolas Pereira

Incredible timing. I'm literally planning an encounter that involves the ability to shift around modular dungeon elements in just a few weeks.

AYOOOOOO HELL YEAH I CAN'T WAIT TO USE THESE

It's really great that even though it's not exactly what you're used to do, you listened to people's requests and created modular caves.

Anita Szám

These look great! Any idea how I can print them for my offline game?

This but for a forest, road, river, cliffs, dungeon would be great as well. I would pay extra for something like that. I really love your style.
