VGen can be quite convenient if you already have a clear idea and references for the artwork since you can just submit your idea with a form, but if you'd like to discuss the concept more instead of just submitting a request (or if you just prefer DMs!) feel free to send me a message!

Detailed general TOS is below!

PAYMENTS

Either full payment upfront, or minimum half of the payment is required before I start working and the rest after the sketch is done.

With commissions costing over ~300€, payment can be done in 3 parts: 1/3 upfront, 1/3 after the refined sketch and 1/3 after the lineart.

REVISIONS

I'll send you pictures of the process after each stage is finished (rough sketch -> refined sketch -> lineart -> colours), and you can ask for reasonable edits with each stage, up to 3 times on each stage.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Average turnaround time is from a few days up to a month, depending on the size of the commission, speed of communication and other workload. Medium size commissions (~100€) have an average turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. Note that this is counted based on when the first payment has been sent.

While working on the commission, if there is no response from the client for 3 months, I reserve the right to repurpose the unfinished artwork for my personal projects, and the commission will be considered finished.

You may request a deadline, and depending on the size of the commission I'll let you know if the deadline is possible.

USE

Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial fee has been paid. Personal use includes, for example, using the commission as your social media icon or banner, printing the artwork to hang it up on your own wall, using it as phone/desktop wallpapers etc. When you use the commission as an icon/banner, please credit me in your bio.

You can post the commission on your own social media, preferably after I've posted it on mine, as long as you mention me in the caption. Sharing the commission specifically in your Instagram story with credit is fine even before I post the artwork on my pages!

Do not claim my artwork as yours. Using my artwork for NFT or gen AI related purposes or training is strictly prohibited.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I have the right to post the artwork on my social media and display it in my portfolio or other promotional material.

With commissions that involve nudity or adult topics you may request the commission to be fully private or semi-private where I only post a censored/cropped version of the commission on my pages. Fully private commissions come with a 30% privacy fee.

By default I mention the client by username when posting commissions, but you may also request to be anonymous.

REFUNDS

If the commission hasn't been completed yet, the lineart isn't finished and you no longer need the artwork, you may request a refund for 50% of the payment you've sent. If the lineart for the artwork has been finished at that point, you may request a refund for 30% of the original cost.

OTHER

For NSFW commissions: drawings of real people are negotiable, and must always be able to consent to being drawn. Drawn reference photos are a must.

I reserve the right to turn down any request if it makes me uncomfortable, or if the request isn't possible to do in my art style.
