When Noel first got hired, Miro was a bit jealous that he got the job so easily while he'd been struggling with unemployment for a year😔 So they kinda have some toxic yaoi going on at first, but as they're forced to spend more time together doing projects and stuff and end up hanging out outside of work somewhat accidentally too (because they keep running into each other at events related to their interests), Miro eventually warms up to him and realises his bitterness is not really doing anything useful and it's just a waste of energy🤣

Well, for Miro that's accurate at first, while Noel never had any issues with Miro and even wanted to be friendly towards him in hopes of changing his mind. But even when their relationship improves, Lydia doesn't realise it's gotten better at first because Miro still keeps teasing Noel, but now it's sort of...affectionate? Miro doesn't dislike Noel, but he's still in denial about his developing feelings so he tries to keep his distance, and fails. It's hard for him to stay away from him.
