Hello everyone! I hope you enjoy my detailed psychological analysis of Alien Stage's full version! Not sure whether to call it a full record, album, or version, given how unique the music series is, but here we are! I am equally shocked and appreciative of the series!

If you are new here, welcome. I am a professional yapper and overthinker. As a first-time watcher, my mission is to dissect the same beloved anime in digestible yet deeper conversations. I tackle underlying psychological concepts, symbolism, and philosophical undertones in everything that I watch. AKA why the reaction is nearly 2 hours long :)

My main takeaways from the full series:

1) I cannot believe everyone who told me about and recommended the series called this a "pretty cool short music series" and nothing more...I mean, you are not wrong per se, but really??? Speaking of being blindsided and pleasantly surprised, I guess??

2) Alien Stage really spotlights Darwinism and survival of the fittest powerfully, with each round of death match, psychological warfare, and psychological intensity; at the same time, as we know Darwinism is an evolutionary theory, and theories are flawed because humans are flawed, and anthropological evidence suggests that it is not "survival of the fittest" but rather "survival of the best collaborated"; the species that survived evolution are the ones that learned how to collaborate for the collective survival, which is the thesis of the series

3) Is the pink-haired girl a hero or villain? The line between a hero and a zero is slim (F1 reference for those who are a fan), especially in the series; can her selfishness in condemning herself along with everyone on that critical mission be justified because "nobody deserves redemption due to the greed of humanity?" Do we have the right to decide the fate of others and their sacrifices? Are we men or god?

I went from initially being bamboozled by the series to deeply appreciating what Alien Stage powerfully portrayed and highlighted throughout. A major shoutout to the Korean studio Lico and the creators behind the wonderful series.

If you resonated with my in-depth commentary style, I hope you check out the free full-length preview that I did before the Apothecary Diaries season 3 premiere.

Some notable series while you are here: Avatar: The Last Airbender, Rascal Does Not Dream, The Apothecary Diaries, Eighty-Six (86), Mob Psycho 100, and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.

Hope you enjoy your stay :)
