Have you ever thought about doing content in spanish/spanish translated?

James Nagengast

What players are surprising you/disappointing you to start the season?

Harper-Leighton Scott

Hi foolish, I'm writing a paper in class about african american representation in the mlb due to your video about the you made about it. What's your all time african american team to ever play in the mlb?

Ethan

Which player of the past 10 years has been the most fun to watch? (excluding Trout because that's too easy)

Will Kim

Mariners fan here, who do you like the most for outfield prospects in the system, Lewis Trammell Kelenic or Rodriguez? Obviously differ in terms of where they are in the development progress, just like to know your view.

Carter young

What father son duo is your favorite of all time?

Sean

Do you see any teams this season approaching the ineptitude of the 2003 Tigers in terms of record? Pirates? Rangers? Tigers?

Paul

Let’s say that you’re given the ability to watch any videotaped game with a “manager’s commentary track” turned on. This would be like a director’s commentary track in a movie where you could hear the manager’s thought process throughout the game. Which game would you watch first using this feature? Do you think you’d like it?

Cody Dutcher

You spoke of a potential 3000 hit dark age in the coming years/decade last month. On the flip side, we could be entering a 500 home run golden age. With players coming up earlier than ever and the overall increase in home runs, how many 500 home run hitters do you foresee within the next 10-15 years?

navman32

Can you make an all time team of your favourite fictional baseball players from movies/TV

Patrick

Do you think Dustin Pedroia will make the Hall of Fame, even if it's through the veteran's committee?

Tanner Kingery

Do you have thoughts on the possibility that MLB re-examine the 3 batter minimum after Cabrera couldn’t find it vs. the Phillies?

Alex Harrison

You tweeted about who would be the top position players in baseball if Trout didn’t exist. I liked your list (Miggy 11-15; Votto 16-17; Betts 18-now) and wanted you to expand on your reasonings. Thanks!

runrin

why isnt keith hernandez in the hall of fame? will he eventually make it?

SmoothCriminal12

If Johnny Cueto keeps his early form, should the Giants consider moving him? I say yes considering they already have four other great starters and a need to improve the offense.

Allan Navarro

Who are some players that regularly over perform their advanced statistics that you still think are good players? Basically players whose surface stats are good, advanced stats not as good, but you still they’re good if that makes sense

Aiden Ferry

How far back in history would we have to go to find a top hitter that would still be a top hitter today? Could Ted Williams lead the league in OPS? Bonds?

Paul McHugh

Do you think the recent success of the Red Sox is a flash in the pan or is it something sustainable enough that they have an actual shot at competing this year?

Ben Wiita

What has been your favorite breakout to witness to this point in the season?

Jared Natsis

Why do they call it oven when you of in the cold food of out hot eat the food?

Harry Lewis

How many games would a team comprised of the 26 (or 40) best players in the league win? Would they have odds greater than 50% to win the World Series?

Zachary Kalker

How much can era adjusted stats really tell us about a player? For example, would babe Ruth, who is the all time leader in career ops+, really still be 106% percent better then the average hitter today? Or does trout dwarf him in skill. (/Ted Williams/ Gehrig...)

Vincent Page

if you could make one move, for any team, that would benefit the sport of baseball the most, what would it be and why? example could be trading Jacob DeGrom to Anaheim to get Mike Trout to the playoffs on a national stage or conversely trading Trout to New York to get him on a premier team and into the postseason. thanks in advance!

What makes hard hit balls such a valuable metric in a hitter’s ability? I’m sure that hitting the ball hard is good, but I’ve always thought it was a supplemental statistic but over the last few years (undoubtedly due to Statcast), I’m seeing it rise in greater prominence. Curious because I saw your video on it last week.

Eve H

If a pitcher were capable of a complete game every 5 days, how high could their ERA be and still be worth having on a roster?

Declan Greenwald

Do you think MLB will ever make judgment calls reviewable? How long will we be stuck with this dreadful replay system?

Jacob Lazare

Who is a young player (or 2) that is finally living up to their potential this season and what do you think has helped contribute to that?

Tom Landry Jackson

All of the top 10 ranger prospects are infielders or pitchers and adolis garcia and willie calhoun appear to be breaking out--do you see calhoun/garcia/gallo as a long term outfield for the rangers?

Bo Brown

What is your go to concession stand order at a game? For me it's a hot dog and a beer. Maybe even a lil dippy dots action if I'm feeling good about myself. Also, best park you've been to?

mike lang

Why are your videos sometimes more entertaining then baseball itself

Dan Russell (Bolly)

Is WAR really the best statistic for representing an individual's contributions in a team, and why? Is there a better way?

Jason Timmerman

What is a reasonable timeframe for a prospect to develop at the big league level? I feel like expectations for top prospects are too great and fans expect things too quickly. Conversely, how long at the big league level until a top prospect is considered a bust or simply an average player.

Taylor Mazzocchi

Hey Foolish! What kind of a season would deGrom need to put up in order to secure an MVP/Cy Young combo in 2021? Voter fatigue is obviously a real thing (look at Mike Trout), so do you think he'll need to put up something absolutely insane (even for him), or are voters not there on the fatigue yet with deGrom? PS: I know you don't like long Patreon names either, so sorry about that!

NowIOnlyWantATriumph

If you had to give any one team a new nickname (not counting Cleveland or Atlanta), who’s getting changed, and what’re they becoming?

Lucas Berg

Who do you think will be the first big name player traded before the trade deadline and where do you think they will go?

Delos Chen

Who would you rather build a team around Acuna, Soto or Tatis?

ajnrules

This may be kind of a mean-spirited question, but if you had a chance to eject a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame, whether it be a player, an umpire, an executive or an owner, who would it be and why?

Levi Smith

Do you expect the offensive trends of April to continue around the sport because of the three true out come issues we've all become accustomed to? Jayson Stark wrote a great piece on this in the Athletic if you guys want to check it out. Really interesting that the so called "deadened"ball has had very little effect on the poor offensive numbers we've seen this far.

Nolan McDermott

Recently bought stathead cause I’m a nerd. Any cool tips you would recommend?

Luke Psyhogios

Thoughts on what's going on with the twins? As a white sox fan that team obviously scares me, but they just keep losing. I try to tell my friends that they're still the most clear and obvious threat in the division, but they can't seem to get it together.

Josh Getto

Pace of play seems to be a driver for many of the decisions that MLB is making at the moment. One of the things driving the pace of the game that hasn't been addressed is the high number of pitches per at bat. In my opinion this is being inflated by the number of foul balls hitters are able to chase off. Do you think there is anything MLB can do/should do to reduce the number of foul balls? For example, changing the number of 2-strike fouls allowed without getting to strike 3 or counting balls fouled backwards as strikes in 2-strike counts.

Angel Marquez

should i be worried about the doyers?

Brian Cashman

Hello Bailey, I have a couple of questions: 1. How has the shift influenced defense for infielders. Do you now need infielders with more range since they might cover a full baseline sometimes, or do is defense less important nowadays, since most hit balls will go towards the heavily guarded areas? 2. Sometimes you've talked about nice little tidbits you find on BR and Fangraphs, that aren't interesting or deep enough to warrant videos. Have you ever thought about making a small podcast with a few of those?

What’s a baseball moment that really sticks with you? E.G I went to my first baseball game with my dad on Father’s Day at Wrigley Field (Cubs fan). We were on the rooftops and the game went 10 innings against the Indians and the Cubs ended up hitting a walk off home run.

Chris Collum

Seahawks receiver DK Metcalf made headlines this week for trying to qualify for the Olympics as a sprinter (he didn't but whoa he's fast). Although I believe baseball is making its return to the Olympics this summer if the Tokyo Games actually happen, what current MLB player do you think is best-positioned to qualify for a non-baseball Olympic event, plus which event and why? PS--If Tim Locastro could maintain his max sprint speed for 100m in a row (doubtful) he'd still be 0.28 seconds slower than Metcalf.

Riley Nahlik

If you could pick any one game from baseball history to go back and watch in person, what game would you pick and why?
