SSD Failure (Patreon)

I have some unfortunate news to share today. Earlier this morning, the SSD I use for storing my models and image sets became corrupted. I don’t know the exact cause, but apparently, many people are experiencing similar issues on Windows lately.

I’ve lost about 1.8TB of AI models and image sets, and I may not be able to fully recover everything. As a result, I may not be able to create new content for the next few days while I try to recover as much as possible. Hopefully, once the replacement SSD arrives and I set everything up again, I can resume content creation within 2–3 days. And hopefully, this doesn't happen again.

Rest assured, the image quality will remain mostly the same. However, although I have backups of my main models, I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to generate the same variety of characters, since a significant amount of models and training data were lost. For this reason, I sincerely apologize if you were looking forward to a specific character.

今日は残念なお知らせがあります。今朝、私がモデルや画像セットを保存しているSSDが破損してしまいました。正確な原因はわかりませんが、最近Windowsで同様の問題が発生している方が多いようです。

約1.8TBのAIモデルと画像セットを失ってしまい、すべてを完全に復旧できるとは限りません。そのため、復旧作業を行う間、数日間は新しいコンテンツを制作できない可能性があります。ですが、交換用SSDが届き、環境を再設定でき次第、2〜3日以内にはコンテンツ制作を再開できる見込みです。今回のようなことが再び起こらないことを願っています。

画像のクオリティはほぼ変わらないことをご安心ください。しかし、主要モデルのバックアップはあるものの、失われたモデルや学習データが多いため、以前と同じバリエーションのキャラクターを生成できる保証はありません。そのため、特定のキャラクターを楽しみにしていた方には、心からお詫び申し上げます。
