0.6 Development Update 1 (Patreon)

Hey, folks!

This is the first proper v0.6 dev update, so let’s get to it. You already know about Blair, so there’s no point in introducing her, but I finally can show you some of the new environments, both inside and outside the House.

First up is one of the locations featured in Blair’s intro events, a mountain pass.

Yeah, she’s not too happy about it, but at least there’s a track there.

The cart and horses are temporary placeholders, but the location itself is finished, and I am very happy to report that the few new techniques we tried worked pretty much perfectly. When we need more outdoor locations, we know how to make them quickly and efficiently now.

The next location preview is a pretty big spoiler, so look at your own risk. And the room is not completely finished yet, so expect some adjustments.

I want to make it a bit cosier, I’ll see what I can do. But all in all this is how the new addition to the House will look.

Once again I’m not sure how much of the story I can spoil, so I’ll err on the side of caution and just say that we are planning the usual 3 pre-arrival “visions”, the main introduction event, 2 or 3 setup events and the intro arc resolution event for the v0.6.0.

The build will hopefully be ready within two weeks, ideally a bit earlier, but January’s happenings are still affecting the schedule a bit. Don’t forget to vote for Blair’s hairstyle if you can, and expect another vote with variations of her in-house attire early next week.
