Hello everyone! For many of you, I am a familiar face, especially in the Grim Sci-Fi niche of our already niche hobby, but with Sell-Swords & City States we enter the Realms of the Fantastical. With this new adventure, I expect that for many others this is a first impression, and there are no do-overs with first impressions. And with that in mind I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Nico, the sole owner and operator of ThatEvilOne Miniatures. I was lucky enough to get into hobby printing just as the technology was first becoming a household tool, starting with an old PrinterBot Play in 2016 followed quickly by my first published models on Thingiverse.In the decade and several dead 3D printers since, what started as a hobby has turned into a fun side hustle and, as of January 2025, I finally said goodbye to animating Mechwarrior games and turned this into a full time career. I've never looked back since.
