Firstly I'd like to say thank you for your patience with the VK releases so far, I hope they have all been up to your liking. I apologise for the lack of Patreon Polls, as many of you may be aware, I prefer to model as ideas mature in my mind rather than rushing sets out on demand. I feel I have better results working in this manor. I highly recommend joining our discord discussions if you wish to input your thoughts as I share work in progress and ideas.Anyway, with the last core infantry based set trotting off the line soon, it is time to start looking at the long awaited vehicles.There have been many ideas thrown about and I know it is going to be hard to please all, so please bear with me. After many discord discussions on the matter I have decided i would like to experiment with Legged vehicles over standard tracked tanks as it is in my opinion that they have been overly done. With that said, if the walkers are a total disaster in the opinions of the many, I will back peddle on the decision.

About the Poll:I have not included super battle tanks/transports and some other variants in this poll as I would rather get the basic vehicles formed first. This poll does not mark the end of the VK infantry as a whole. There will still be character models and other forgotten kits/updates during the release of these vehicles where time allows.TIA,Will (AKA Brex)

As far as Im concerned, I use other creator vehicles for my VK which fit great, so Im really interested in with what unique concept will you come up

I figured this would be the case for many, there are so many great tracked tanks in existence already, that it'll be hard to make something unique. Walkers, while may not be to everyone's taste, will add more diversity to the choices available. in terms of direction of aesthetic, i am leaning towards grimdark/german ww ATTE like ideas. Which will go hand in hand with the current VK Walker design.

yes i am, i am hoping to get the FG cavalry supported next, tying in with the VK cavalry being released later this month oui, j'espère que la cavalerie FG sera ensuite prise en charge, en lien avec la sortie de la cavalerie VK plus tard ce mois-ci

I love the idea of walkers instead of tanks! Maybe if people don't like the idea of walkers you could just do like upgrade parts for the middle sections of the Feudal Guard tanks and then keep doing walkers as well! Question though will you do Artillery Walkers as well like with the 4 missiles and larger missiles? I would love to see that!

It's hard for me to vote on something when there's no pictures of what I'm voting on. I think it would help if there were some sort of concept art or just idea pictures.

The issue is we release pretty much everything as soon as it is produced, so we have no backlog of models/artworks premade. This is a poll not so much based on looks since they will all be made eventually, but rather which is most in demand, so far it seems the battle walker (battle tank proxy) is most wanted. The designs will be grimdark/world war takes on the atte starwars walker.

I think going the road less travelled will turn out great! Really looking forward to seeing where this will take us... In combination with the Sentinel, I can see a fleet of Walkers, stepping over the massed ranks of the Infantry...

Gotta say, i have been trying to imagine how you might approack the VK Armour, and i must say, i dodnt see this coming, i love it! I'm a treadhead at heart, but alos love walkers and robots, so this is like a match made in the god-emperor's eye!

I understand why you try to make something new - tanks have been done so many times by this point. But... Thats what people kind of want and expect. and love. Walkers are cool don't get me wrong, but that's more or steampunkis theme meaby. I mean if your walker idea succeeds (which I hope it does) its great - totally hope that VK could become its own faction (meaby in onePageRules ?) with these. But game wisely there's gonna be some problems with using these. So keep the "normal" tank options open. I was hoping you would choose to done more ww1 / ww2 french tanks in 40ish look - but I understand you decision not to. Personally I will stay around for few more months to see how its starts - but VK has been the sole reason why I'm still here. Meaby tanks are not even needed ? Meaby just a VK upgrade kit to what you now ave ? Meaby just start a new faction ? Are we like 80% done with the whole VK line ?

I say go for it. If anyone plans to use them for 40k, there's thousands of forge worlds with their own STCs. Other games they'd fit pretty well too. I now have two guard armies. My old Warzone trenchers mixed with Cadians and then I fell in love with the Feudal guard. After I'm done printing them, I plan on going on to VK and maybe trying to tie all of the guard armies together. I love the VK aesthetic and walker tanks would fit a grim, trench warfare riddled future.

Walkers sound awesome, my only concern is the height :P. Since I guess most of use VK as 40k models I'd be weary of walkers as they could end up much taller than a Leman Russ, effectively making them "stand out" much more than a normal tank.
