I like the dark age design, obviously alot of thought has gone into it. I just wish, they had done the tracks differently. As far as that is possible with wh40k, I like designs that look, like they could „work“. Those tracks dont. The way the track „hinges“ are designed on the outside of the teack, the track wouldnt be able to articulate and it would be destroyed on a hard surface in a matter of minutes, because the complete weight of the tank lasts on the hinges, not on the track plates. I know, this is scifi and alot of implausibilities are in those designs, but….

Never fails to impress on the Iron Hive line! It's kind of adorable how the gaunt gets dragged out of the assembler by the scruff like it's a kitten Cant wait to see how the other big bugs and Rippers turn out!

My Paint scheme has been to pick a hive fleet for the organic bits and combo it with a mechanicus forge world scheme for the armor and cybernetics. Currently Kronos and Metallica

I absolutely love the new Iron Hive. I heard the vague description of what was coming next last month and have been waiting on pins and needles. In my head i was imagining it to be an assembly line stomach with legs but i love the crane pulling out a finished unit idea.
