Having difficulties downloading the last of this drop. Keeps saying downloaded but no files present :(

That might be due to a couple things. Make sure there's enough room on the disk where you're downloading the files to as that's the most common issue. Also please make sure popups are allowed for CG&T. If these don't work please try in incognito mode and send me a PM. We'll figure it out.

so quick question, i just joined, (back end of sept) for the valor corps updates, if we were not part of patreon back then, then we dont have access now, correct? or can we still get access to the new heads, just not the rest of the mini? a bit confused on this.

It is a notification post to inform patrons and customers of updates to our older kits. If you already own those kits you just need to redownload them. These are not new releases, just updates, we often add expansions to old releases in this way at request of patrons.
