I haven't been able to get on the site in a while. I try to reset my password and the link they send doesn't work. Any advice?

Let me take a look and see if there's something up with your account. Can you PM me your email adress?

Do I need to do something besides create an account on https://www.comicsgamesandthings.com/ and click on download links? Because when I get I get sent to www.comicsgamesandthings.com (after creating an account) I dont see a way to download the files.

Hello. If you used the patreon link function or used the same email address as on patreon you should be good to go. However, you will need to wait an hour or so for patreon to refresh and send CG&T the updated client list. Once the list goes through, you should have full access.
