I have NEVER cooked egg nog. Of course when you're putting whiskey in it, you don't need to. 😁 I have always hated egg nog until my goddaughter taught me how to make it. So fucking easy. Ok, the kids probably shouldn't drink it but no cooking and I'll never buy eggnog again. Also I'm intrigued about that hot chocolate!sounds awesome! I love going to the local chocolate shop and get drinking chocolate. And yes, so fucking sensual.

You can also drink egg nog without cooking it or adding alcohol. My mom made it every Christmas. Basically just blended it all together. I also used to make eggnog for my son with vanilla pudding mix before he out grew his egg allergy. There’s other options too.

Heat a skillet and then put a little bit of water, put the pizza crust side up for a few minutes and then flip it and cook a few more minutes crust down. Melty but soft top, crispy but not burnt crust.

I think because there isn’t a lot of eggs in egg nog, the risk for salmonella is pretty low. I think I was reading that the risk increases of course the more raw eggs you consume. But also might not want to risk it in very young and very old individuals. And those with compromised immune systems. I don’t want anyone getting sick because of me! 😅 lol.

I'm not a fan of cold or microwaved pizza, but I vastly prefer pizza reheated on the stovetop to fresh pizza. The crust gets crispy and the edges of every slice can be just as melty or crispy as you want.
