JPC did no one tell you to hold the butt of the shotgun as tight into your shoulder as you shot it? The bruising on your shoulder was likely caused cause you held it out from you shoulder or at least not tight enough into it. If its tight to the shoulder the kick pushes it back along with the butt, but the other way the butt kicks back and slams into your shoulder and that can really hurt. But I also had a bad experience with a 12guage my first time. I was 7 and my grandpa let me try it out on some clay pigeons and it hurt a lot. I didnt want to use a shotgun for at least a year after that. But then I grew up a bit and the kick isnt so bad now. Been forever since ive gone shooting though. Skeet shooting is pretty fun.

those back of the leg cramps are so painful oh goddddd listening to someone else go through almost gave me a sympathy cramp. (i found 'walking is the only thing that helps' interesting cause sometimes walking just makes it take way longer to stop hurting? anyway. man those leg cramps suck. belatedly wishing adal a speedy recovery 🙏)

I want to talk about Prank Patrol. If it's the same one, it was a prank show in Canada that ran on YTV (a kids network) and probably other channels but I only ever saw it on YTV. There wasn't really a host as far as I can recall, but the pranks were set up by the "prank ninjas". It would be filmed from a distance andostly had regular pedestrians who were walking in the park/mall/down the street engaging with the prank. I don't remember any off the top of my head cause it's been at least 15 years since I've seen an episode but it always gave me second hand embarrassment. I want to stress that the prank ninjas were just people in ninja costumes who would roll out, act sneaky, and set the pranks up. Please look it up. Edit: apparently there was a host but I literally do not remember him, I only remember the ninjas
