There's a lack of sharkboy and lavagirl but I'll let it pass for now

I need to hear the Southern lawyer voice a lot. So Knives Out is the obvious choice.

🅱️enoit 🅱️lanc reacts only

Darby

The only mystery in that movie is WHERE IS THE SEQUEL!!!

Meggo

I’ve never seen Knives Out and I heard it was good and have been wanting to watch it so this’ll be an excuse for me to put it on

Meg

as much as I love without a clue, knives out is so good and I just know we're going to get some solid Benoit Blanc impressions.

Andrew Blahak

Oof, Knives Out off to a seemingly insurmountable lead:P

Mark Beebe (pronounced Bee-Bee) (he him)

I forget if it's been mentioned before, but has the pilot for Dark (Netflix) been considered? I know Adal has mentioned liking it. "cLOUDia TEEdamin"

Thomas Flott

In the last livestream I think Erin mentioned something about a heist movie starring kids, so I'd just like to point all of you towards Catch That Kid again!

Claudia Hankin

One of my favorite all time books. I haven't seen the movie yet!

Claudia Hankin

Without a Clue is such a great choice. I haven't seen it in years, but I remember it being a blast.

Andrew Blahak

You're not wrong! Everyone loves a good underdog story!

Sean M Carrick

Aren't we supposed to have the option of TERRIBLE stuff? I thought the point of stuff like this was to hear them riff on what they watch. Don't get me wrong, the Clue review was entertaining, but the ripping on Dennis Farina's oversized suit and the Unsolved Mysteries operations center were high points for me.

Maddie

Wow. Almost no one voted for my pick. I hadn’t heard of Motherless Brooklyn, but after watching the trailer I thought it would be fun to hear you guys talk about it.

Legotti

Hurray, you accepted without a clue! I haven’t seen Ben Kingsley do much other comedy. It’s such a treat of a film.

BahBoomBalloon

Y’all are are passing up some Ben Kingsley and Michael Caine GOLD for KFC James Bond. Shame

Memo Gomora

YESS! I love knives out! After the first time i saw it, I watched it again 5 times within the next two weeks. My lady was like "this again!"

Bob Hopp

I hadn't heard of Without a Clue, but I watched it on YT after seeing it listed here. It's a fun romp, and Caine & Kingsley play nicely against each other. I didn't care for the way Matthew Sim's character (Lesley Giles) was used, but otherwise it was entertaining. Glad you got the recommendation even if Knives Out wins out.

Don't know it's streaming availability in the US (I'm in Australia), but I rewatched Game Night last night and think it'd be perfect for Review Crew. Great dark comedy with good twists and even some riddles at the start. Very underrated and definitely worth considering!

ZeNeece

Oh, you're right, Game Night was so much fun. That would be a great one to review!

ZeNeece

"KFC James Bond", OMG that is SOOOO FUNNY, LOL! I have never heard of Without a Clue. I will have to see about it!

jonahwhyudothis

Just got up to the Murder Mystery review crew and you guys mentioned it... Hope you still might give it a shot even if you've seen it 🤞

R Qualls

I know I'm late and I am being specifically targeted because you have to rent it, but I am still strong in my campaign to nominate the Rankin/Bass Hobbit for Review Crew. It has some great and some awful music, it's the grandaddy of riddle mdia, and it stars acclaimed director John Huston as the voice of Gandalf. Review it you cowards!

Logan Hicks

Just writing in to suggest a film for y'all to review. There's an Indian murder mystery named Badla that is pretty badass. I would recommend this film for you to watch on Netflix. Even if you don't do a review, give it a view because it's still an awesome film with a few twists that are pretty good.
