It's October, so you know what that means, the Review Crew is reviewing something super spooOOOOOoooky! Except 2/3rds of us are lightweights so it's only spooky if you are a tween. This month we watched Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase (available on HBO Max) and we have some opinions! Did we like it? Did it scare us to our core? Were our little Boston bodies trembling with fright? You'll have to listen to find out. Happy Halloween!

Didn’t think I would listen to this episode, but dammit I gotta know what this means! 😅👌

Cory Morgan

Ok, that was worth the listen. 😂👍

You guys are always right there when I need you! ❤️ More than a few times I’ve been staring at my phone wishing I had something new and fun and happy to listen to, and then a Patreon notification pops up with some fresh HRR content for me. Thank you!

The best fanfics are crossovers. I think Benoit Blanc could help Nancy solve her next case

There are kids out there that know about the Matrix! Our local theater started playing old movies since nothing new is coming out and I took them to see the Matrix on the big screen. So great to have that experience with them!

The discord watched this movie a few days ago. I think everything we memed on, you did as well.

I play an online game on a team of people (I have no idea how old any of them are). We were in a raid that I was clearly not of the proper level for and yelled "Leroy Jenkins!" ... crickets. I'm old af

Regarding Erin’s interest in a university course on Nancy Drew - there were a couple ND novels on the syllabus for a children’s lit course I took a decade or so ago, and the feminism angle was definitely one that was examined. It’s also worth noting that Edward Stratemeyer only created very loose outlines; every Nancy Drew novel was ghostwritten, the majority by female writers - most notably Mildred Wirt Benson, who was herself an incredible lady-adventurer journalist.

Adam F

A fanfic where Erin and Nancy Drew have to figure out what evil trick JPC and Adal are preparing to do.

Query; Is there an argument to be made for a bonus Spooky Review Crew for spooky month?

So glad you guys reviewed this! I am a huge fan of Nancy Drew. There are a ton of computer games that I have spent way too much of my life on. Also - a spooker is 100% a ghost sheet over a vibrator. I have never been more sure of anything in my life.

Cat Gonzales

hello, may I please purchase the HRR Lil Spooker vibrator I am ready for my vagina to be haunted 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
