As someone who keeps a constant stock of Tony's Creole seasoning, I enjoyed this episode so much. Everything seems better with a sprinkle of that seasoning. If you want a good simple snack: Cut up a sweet potato into cubes, coat in olive oil and creole seasoning, bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes. If you like more of a crunch, throw on the broil and wait until the tops are crisp and a little burnt.

So, okay. I'm only at the "cousin who's my aunt" bit but Adal's comment on combining the words made me need to say this: I have a cousin by birth who was adopted by my grandparents bc my aunt couldn't take care of her. She's my cousin & aunt. I did combine the words when I was 10, thinking I was making a brand new word. That word (it's exactly what you're thinking) is now a term of endearment in my family... and the source of another hilarious story which involves me teaching it to a kid with a very religious parent, at a church Christmas party.
