The flight thing is the same thing as sales. They say at the top that it'll take longer so they can say they're arriving early and you like the airline more (and maybe also to give the ground crew more time to do everything??) But yeah.

Re: pancakes - it sounds like Erin was eating pancakes that were too thick! I hate thick pancakes, but add more milk to that batter and it's a totally different eating experience.

Love Happy eggs! They have the best yolks of all the brands I've found around me. A coworker of mine said he didn't like brown eggs because they are much harder to peel as hard boiled eggs than white eggs. Shared my egg knowledge with him--the harder an egg is to peel the fresher it is.

I've always heard that sometimes a flight will go faster than expected if there's enough tailwind. Conversely, you'll sometimes be delayed if the plane flies into some unexpected headwind.

I am by no means a pilot or anything but I have to imagine that there's a delicate ballet happening in the flight control tower as you'd have to coordinate with other flights to make sure the runway and flight path is free.

What other type of eggs are there than brown eggs? Serious question. I guess maybe duck eggs cos they are a little paler?

Well there are a breed of Indonesian chickens called Ayam Cenami, which are completely black, including their beaks and internal organs, and they lay black eggs. There’s also just white eggs, although the only difference between white and brown eggs is generally that the hen has either white or brown feathers.

I've listened to this a few times, but until the last year I haven't had this experience yet. I hate getting somewhere early on a flight, it's happened to me 3 times and each time we've just had to sit on the tarmac because our gate was busy

I have transplanted an entire carton of blue eggs into a Less expensive carton, but only when there’s a person screaming or causing a ruckus, I shop at Ralph’s and just wait for there to be a screaming insane person to draw the stores attention, if it’s not happening when your there, just go later, eventually there will be a loose dog or someone fighting security or someone circling the store raving like a lunatic, you give it it a day that will happen and BAM, good eggs at a good price.
