Chapter 33: Will of Domination, Awakening (Patreon)

"Yes, yes, yes—please, ma'am, have mercy..."
Lunch's expression softened.
Just as the woman was about to breathe a sigh of relief, the barrel of Lunch's gun dipped and fired three quick shots at the floor by her feet.
"Pew, pew, pew!"
Three bullet holes punched into the carpet at once.
The smell of gunpowder spread through the air, spent casings clinking as they rolled across the floor.
All color drained from the woman's face.
A puddle of liquid spread out from beneath her skirt, pooling on the theater floor.
Her legs gave out, and she collapsed straight into her own mess.
Lunch tucked the gun back into her Hoi-Poi Capsule and turned to look at Bulma and Oryon.
"Let's go. There's no watching the movie now anyway — let's head back."
Bulma stood up too, shooting a disgusted glance at the muscular man and the woman on the floor, and looped her arm through Oryon's.
"Let's go!"
Oryon followed Lunch and Bulma out of the theater.
The instant the three of them stepped outside, the System's voice sounded in Oryon's mind again.
[Ding! Host has bullied an evil will. Trait activated: Tyrant's Will.]
[Tyrant's Will: Each time the Host bullies a force of evil, he receives a corresponding cultivation reward. The stronger the evil force, the richer the reward.]
[Target of this bullying: Tiger Head Gang boss (Power Level approx. 7), his girlfriend (Power Level approx. 5). Reward: one hour of cultivation progress.]
[Reward issued. Please check, Host.]
A stream of warmth welled up in his blood, spreading through his meridians to every limb and joint.
His body, slightly sore from being squeezed between Bulma and Lunch, loosened up again.
Oryon blinked, a surprised smile spreading across his face.
The System had finally handed out a new trait again.
An hour's worth of cultivation progress seemed stingy, but honestly, it wasn't bad.
After all, his Power Level was already in the tens of thousands, while the Tiger Head Gang boss's was barely in single digits — the gap was simply too enormous.
Bullying someone like that was, frankly, a waste of talent.
If he wanted to bully truly evil people, he needed targets who were actually strong...
Conveniently, in half a year, Vegeta and Nappa would both be arriving.
Imagining the satisfaction of grinding Vegeta ruthlessly underfoot,
Oryon's mind started spinning up mischievous ideas, and the more he thought it through, the more a sinister smile crept across his lips.
Bulma noticed the shift in his expression and asked, "What's up? What are you smiling about all of a sudden?"
"Nothing. Just suddenly feeling like punishing evil and promoting good..."
Lunch tilted her head to look at him, a hint of curiosity in her eyes. "Doesn't look like it. You're not planning something evil, are you?
I saw you slam that guy hard enough to hurt his spine — he's probably paralyzed. No need to kill him..."
Oryon smiled and slipped an arm around Lunch's slender waist.
"I've got no interest in picking on ordinary people. I was just thinking about something else..."
Both women leaned in close to his ear.
"What were you thinking about that made you so happy?"
"Yeah, tell us..."
Oryon looked at Bulma and asked, "Bulma, has anyone ever bullied you before? My hands are itching right now — I want to teach someone a lesson..."
The corner of Bulma's mouth twitched, and she shook her head.
"No. My family's so rich, who would ever dare bully me?"
Oryon turned to look at Lunch.
"What about you, Lunch?"
The corner of Lunch's mouth curled up slightly.
"Are you kidding? Anyone who dared bully me, I'd shoot dead on the spot!"
"Fair enough!"
Oryon felt a bit deflated.
This Tyrant's Will trait was really better suited to a Naruto-style world — not somewhere he could flex it properly here in the Dragon Ball world.
There just weren't enough bad guys around.
Bulma suddenly spoke up. "Oh right, weren't you going to deal with the Tiger Head Gang?
Honestly, that gang's been running wild in West City for ages.
If they rub you the wrong way, why not just break them up for me?
They're just a bunch of thugs who never work an honest day, living off 'protection fees' from watching over turf. It makes me sick just seeing it."
Oryon: "???"
You want a Saiyan who could wipe out a planet with a wave of his hand to go rough up some street punks?
Seeing his expression, Bulma asked, a bit resentfully, "What, I slave away designing you a Gravity Chamber,
and you won't even do this one little thing for me?"
Oryon's face darkened. "If you'd actually wanted to build that Gravity Chamber for me, you probably could've knocked it out in ten days, two weeks tops.
If you ask me, you only just remembered about it recently, didn't you?"
Bulma laughed awkwardly. "Heh, you actually figured that out?
Can't help it, the company's had battery fluid problems lately — I've been busy optimizing the new formula, no time to spare..."
Bulma spread her hands. "Besides, didn't you say yourself there was no rush at all?"
"Fine, fair point..."
Lunch tugged at Oryon's hand. "Oryon, let me come with you to deal with this Tiger Head Gang thing.
Making you talk to a bunch of thugs seems like a bit much to ask of you.
I've got some experience handling people like that..."
"Thanks, Lunch."
Oryon looked at Bulma. "I'll head off then — want me to drop you home first?"
Bulma: "Do I need you to drop me off?"
As she spoke, Bulma tossed out a Hoi-Poi Capsule, and a flying motorcycle appeared.
Oryon: "Fair enough."
Bulma hopped on the motorcycle and flew off.
Oryon turned to Lunch. "Let's get going too, then. Do you know where the Tiger Head Gang is?"
Lunch gently wrapped her arms around Oryon's neck. "Carry me and fly — I'll show you the way..."
"Mm!"
Oryon scooped Lunch up and shot into the sky above the city.
Instantly, plenty of people below looked up.
"Whoa, am I seeing things? Is that Superman?!"
