For those that signed up, the beta for chapter 8 is available now.

The beta will run for about a week or so, and when it's done, chapter 8 will be released for everyone.

If you signed up for the beta, and you set up a link between your account and Discord, you should now be able to see some new channels there with links and instructions. If you haven't set up a link, you should have received a direct message from me.If you signed up for the beta, but have neither, please reach out to me and we'll sort things out.

Sounds awesome. No time for beta will happily wait for final.

Bob

Not sure if I did or was in a position to get it at all Naughty. I have no drama's waiting for when it is available. Be still my beating heart :P

Maruad

I have the patience to wait until the final version is ready... I am also excited to learn what will follow. Whether it is a new story in the same universe or a new story in the new setting/universe, I am excited to see it.

Bob

YES Naughty, nudge nudge wink wink.

Does the $20 tier see more in regards to future content? Like if I bought it now, would I see extra stuff?

Naughty Road

Oh no, I hate paywalls, in fact I did struggle a bit to come up with rewards for the different tiers to justify having them (most subscribers don't really seem to care that much though, they're not in it for the admittedly meager rewards). The reason beta is part of the highest tier is that the game is not ready to go to the public yet as it's not in a great shape, and if I opened up the beta to every tier, that would mean everyone plays a crappier version than the public one, and comes away a little disappointed, and that is not how I want people to experience Light of my Life. So I would personally not call beta access a benefit. :D But it is a way for the most motivated fans to chip in making the game as good as it can be. So, no extra content at all is locked away, everyone gets everything that's in the game, when it's in good enough shape for everyone to play (e.g. after the beta).

can i get the beta?
