Not sure if it's a more widespread thing (Apple Podcasts) but last like three podlin episodes have taken like 8hrs to show up on RSS feed for some reason, the upload time is as it's always been but on the feed they've shown up later '8h ago'

They only changed Palpatine's voice once in Clone Wars. Ian Abercrombie voiced him through most of it, but he died towards the end, and Tim Curry took over. Later, in Rebels, they initially got Sam Witwer, but later managed to get McDiarmid to do it, and now he just plays Palpatine in everything.
