If I had to guess, after seeing you guys play this game so many times, I think each picture's percentage reflects how often it gets picked when it comes up, regardless of the opponent. For example, if a burger picture pops up four times for four different people and is selected three times, it will show 75%. If it then goes up against a picture of fries that was selected two times under the same conditions, the burger would still show 75% and the fries would still show 50%.

Each time you have mentioned up gobbling up a whole mouth full of booble it's triggered a memory from 418 years ago when I was early/mid teens and watched Ninja Scroll. Which that then makes me think of Suncoast Motion Picture Company and how limited and expensive VHS tapes of anime were in back the 1600s. Now I'm all depressed about being old and shit.
