Hurt from drawing? Try bending at the elbow as opposed to the wrist. Helps to loosen up.

Love the form fitting outfit! As for the lost drawing, depending on what exactly happened... If it was lost due to selection in your drawing program (undo, cut/paste, etc), there's nothing to be done that I know of If it was lost as in accidentally deleted from your file browser, you could dig it back up if you're determined enough- (Disk Digger for pc)
