normally in kdramas the ceo is so out of touch and doesn’t respect boundaries so the main character is always like “my boss is so crazy i’ll just play along” so it’s refreshing to see peach not accept that. like no you are not sleeping over, we met 3 days ago?? or no i’m not changing my outfit or reporting you my every move!! it’s so lighthearted and funny and still manages to deliver a good message. i don’t think i said this before but i always love your reactions and takes on the shows

You're not stupid, no. In fact, many names like Theerak(it) or Peach, as well as sayings, things, places, songs, in this series have a hidden meaning. The Thai viewers are having a blast with it.

I love the rich character building in this show! Thank you for giving it a chance, I know you’ve said comedy isn’t your favorite genre, but this feels a bit different, cheesy in a different way. Lol. It helps that it’s stacked with incredible actors and couples we love :)

So excited to see you starting to watch this :) I hope you continue to enjoy it. Thee's daydream with the polkadot suit was indeed one of the many thai media references in this show - there's a older thai film and musical romance story with a scene where the leads reunite and the lady wears a polkadot dress and the boy a japanese school uniform, so you were spot on with that. The music that plays is also the score from the show so thai watchers instantly recognised it. Also you're far from the only viewer who thinks Peach is some degree of oblivious, but remember what he said in episode one - he can't conceive of a reality where Thee, or someone like Thee, is into *him*, he firmly believe Aran is Thee's type - AND also what we have been told of his past dating life and experience :) And you are right on the money again with 'The One and Only' being a reference too - this is just to PondPhuwin's past show Never Let Me Go. In that show, Phuwin's character is called 'Nuengdiao', which basically means 'the only one/the one and only'. Dotted across this show there's a few different references to their past series together and it's very cute :) Sending you many greetings and your hopefully continued enjoyment of this show.

I think one of the less obvious humorous threads in this show is the way Mok reacts to Thee's craziness. The subtle eye rolls, smirks, and head nods/shakes are hilarious! And they help with understanding Thee's character growth. Kudos to Est for his amazing portrayal of Mok here. And Pond is absolutely KILLING the Thee role as well -- all the over-the-top melodrama mixed with a soft side that keeps sneaking out when he least expects it. As for Peach, I love how Phuwin is keeping him low-keyed and unaware of the fact that he can be a person of interest to anyone. I love this series so much, I could watch it over and over again .... WAIT! I already am! LOL!!

I've not finished the reaction so sorry if you eventually figure it out but you keep mentioning it. You'll notice Thee is also wearing one glove in some scenes. Its to protect their hands when they fire their guns.
