Yeah, there is a little bit of a disconnect between ep6 and 7, I assume that's why they released the side story. I am one of those people who were brought into BL by Kinnporsche, and even after several years, and having found my favorite acting pair somewhere else and other shows having overtaken Kinnporsche by a bit, I can still say: that kiss at the end of this episode still remains my favorite kiss in BL of all time. There is so much emotion, it is so incredibly well acted and filmed. It's just so so so freaking good.

is vegas an awful person? yes. is he a walking red flag? also yes. do i love him anyway? still yes, and it's 100% bible's fault for being an amazing actor. like...this was his first acting role and it's unfair that he just does such a good job😂 everything about this episode is just so good, the cinematography, the development of kinn and porsche's relationship, the development of kinn as a person. i'm just so happy whenever i watch this ep

I just finished watching Shine with these 2. My favorite BL so far. If you liked them in KinnPorche , you will love them in Shine! Just be prepared to cry a lot! And the secondary couple....amazing actors! I will love to watch it again with you!

This episode is one of my favourites because we not only clear up the whole assault thing between Kinn and Porsche but we see them both without the external world on their shoulders. We see Kinn how he might have been if Khun had taken over and Kinn gets to understand more why Porsche is why he is. It starts off with mutual annoyance and ends in mutual understanding. This was actually one of the first BLs I watched and set a bar very few have reached since. It not only has great actors, but the chemistry is there all the way through the cast. The music, cinematography, plot, everything is just so high standard that it’s no wonder this show helped carve a new way for those following it.
