I firmly believe that Gun’s retelling of what happened to Porche’s parents is completely made up. If you think about it… since Korn took over as the head of the main family there is NO way he would trust Gun to handle the situation. Especially not when it pertains to his beloved sister and his nephews. I know a lot of people go back and forth on debating which story is right, but I think without a doubt it was Gun that killed Proche’s dad.

Idk about that cuz of korns statement at the end about being the winner it's sus to be honest I don't think ethier were telling the full truth to be honest so I can't tell who did it still to this day but him looking evil at the camera and saying he's the winner makes him also seem sus they both prob contributed to killing in my opinion porshes dad in my opinion not sure which one pulled the trigger though but neither story seems fully right

I looked up info from the novel just now cuz I wanted to know the truth from the original source material cuz it had more than one novel and gave info we wanted so it was korn that killed him and he was the reasons for both his parents deaths in the book but since we won't have more kinnporshe I think it's ok to reveal what happens next in the novel after this season

Korn murdered him to protect the secrets and the main family so he's the big evil one in the novels

And the in the novels Korn keeps porshes mother hidden away and keeps all this from porshe and he's the big evil one but convinced everyone he's not the evil mastermind he is but they didn't tell us all this in the series and they foucsed more on the confusion of who did it and didn't really reveal it so iw wanted to know now cuz I never looked up the info and now that I'm rewatching it in such a long time I finally want to know

I always found it interesting how the three boys grew up in that house and had NO IDEA she was there. That seems crazy to me.

Plus the place is so big that there's prob hidden places lol idk I wouldn't know I didn't grow up or anything in a big place or rich or crime family so I wouldn't know

But kinnporshe is one of the bl novels I never read and I wasnt a huge fan of the show itself so I never looked up info I usually read a lot of Thai bl novels that will be turned into series before watching the series but I didn't this one so yeah I never knew never really cared to know but I wanted to see his opinion on this series so i watched it along with him it's not my fav still I didn't like this plot it's to much for me to be honest

I'm I'm form Thailand sorry I speak Thai and English I'm half Thai half English so I just read them online or purchase them in Thai so idk if there's a place you can purchase them like translated or not

I tech just read them if Im interested in the storyline if not I will just watch the series for the casts that are in them even if I'm not fully into the story I give every series a shot and watch them when airing but I read ones I'm really interested in for the story itself before going into those ones

So idk if there's a place you can buy the books online translated pr not cuz I know a lot don't have English versions like orginally or like legally so I'm guessing you would have to buy them fan translated or something like that I have heard form people they sell them on a website called Etsy but idk I think they are fan translated so idk if they are right or not as I haven't bought any that way so yeah but I just read them as they are cuz I understand it and it's in my language and English is my 2nd language so yeah

Wow that’s so fantastic! I wish I had learned a second language as a child but I never did. My grandparents spoke both French and English as does my dad, but I never learned French. I know some German though.

Yeha I grew up learning both languages cuz my parents were divorced so my dad is Americans so I would visit him and lived with my mom in Thailand so greww up learning English with my dad and Thai in school and my mom spoke Thai so tech I grew up as both my langages at the same time so they are both kind of my first lanages cuz I know both the same sometimes my English can get out of hand and like spelling and gramer and stuff is wrong but I know the alnages fully like it's bad when I type kind of but it's not that bad when I speak it I have a Thai accent though

i had the exact same reaction when the credits started rolling 🤣i was like "no! you can't just say vegas is fine and not give us more! where are my vegas and pete!" they did change a lot with porchay for the show, in the novel he's not left out of the loop and is totally aware of what porsche is doing from the get go. i do have a feeling that their mom is more aware than she's letting on, like she might not remember everything but she knows enough. i love that you went back and looked at porsche's flashback to see that his memory matched gun's story, i haven't seen many people actually go back and catch that. it really is a shame that there wasn't a season 2 since they left some strings that could carry forward i was OBSESSED with this show after i finished it in 2024. the only other bls i'd watched were until we meet again and between us and i rewatched those a few time before looking into bls myself and coming across kinnporsche. i ended up checking it out 'cause the premise of a mafia bl seemed interesting. i do not know how many times i ended up rewatching it but it got to the point where i asked some other people i knew were into bls "okay, i need to get out of this loop, give me some recs" and now it's been 2 years of bl watching 😅

I get why you don't like KimChay as a pairing that wasn't explore much. Even in the novel there wasn't a lot of info on them. Hence why fan are crazy about JeffBarcode cuz we never got a conculsion to the pair. The ending was in season 2 which we never got. We never know if they ever did get back together or not. Just like VegasPete this pairing is also not "nice" but less toxic. KimChay to me was more of a sad romance story and I love those sad romance. Kim know he mafia and he can't be with Chay. Otherwise he will just endanger him (we see what happen to his parent and mafia) Hence why he reject him and try so hard to not fall for him. He does though and that where the series end. Season 2 would explore more of their romace but sadly it never happen. To me they are such an intersting pair cuz so much unanswer questions. We don't even get to see Kim real personlity beside the fake one he show Chay and I want Chay reaction once he find out. So many quiestion and no answer. We will never know how their relationship went. It not anywhere, not in the novel, not in the series, NO WHERE D: There no concusion to KimChay aka JeffBarcode 😭

If you look at Porsche's memory of his fathers death carefully, you'll see the positioning of Gun and Korn in Gun's telling of the story is what Porsche remembers. That means that even though Gun was definitely shitty, his telling of the story was the most accurate - Korn killed Porsche's father and pretended to kill the mother to keep her hidden for himself because Korn and Gun have a weird obsession with her
